Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของกำลังพลในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ที่มีต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการจัดการความรู้ในหน่วยงาน (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการจัดการความรู้ในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2รักษาพระองค์ โดยจำแนกตาม อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และระดับชั้นยศ (3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการความรู้ในหน่วยงานกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ กำลังพลในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ ระดับชั้นยศสัญญาบัตร และประทวน จำนวน 371 คน โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 193 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยการทดสอบสถิติค่าที และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการจัดการความรู้ในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์มีระดับคะแนนอยู่ในระดับกลาง คือ 3.32 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05โดยปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการจัดการความรู้ในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ที่นำมาพิจารณามี8 ปัจจัยอันประกอบด้วย กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ บทบาทของผู้บริหารสูงสุด วัฒนธรรมการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ความรู้ ทักษะ และขีดความสามารถของทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง การวัดและการประเมินผล โครงสร้างพื้นฐานเอื้ออำนวยต่อการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และความร่วมมืออย่างต่อเนื่องของบุคลากรในองค์การ (2) ระดับช่วงอายุ และระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการจัดการความรู้ในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์แตกต่างกัน (3) ระดับชั้นยศแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการจัดการความรู้ในกองพันทหารช่างที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were to 1) study opinion level of the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard troops toward the factors of achievement of knowledgemanagement in the organization 2) compare opinion level toward the factors of achievement of knowledge management in the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard classified by age, education background, and rank differences 3) study problems and suggest the developing guidelines on knowledge management of the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard. This study was a survey research. The population in this study was the troops in the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard, both commissioned officers and noncommissioned officers totally 371 people. Samples were 193 samples. The data were analyzed by employing frequency, average, percentage, and standard deviation. Testing the hypothesis used t-test and One Way ANOVA. The research results revealed as the followings 1) opinion level toward the factors of achievement of knowledge management in the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard was at medium level (X= 3.32) with significant statistic at 0.05. Factors of achievement in the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard to be considered comprised of 8 matters namely knowledge management procedure, CEO roles, knowledge exchanging culture, information technology, knowledge, skills, competency of relevant teamwork, measurement and evaluation of the fundamental structure supporting to knowledge exchange, and continuation of the cooperation of troops 2) differences in interval of age and education background affected opinion level toward the factors of achievement of knowledge management in the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard 3) differences in rank classification had no significance to opinion level toward the factors of achievement of knowledge management in the 2nd Engineer Battalion, King’s Guard.
