ศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่าในแถบชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันตก : กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่

Abstract

การวิวัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมา รูปแบบ องค์ประกอบของศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่าในแถบชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันตก กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาขนบนิยม สภาพสังคมและวัฒนธรรมศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่าในแถบชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันตก กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดกระบี่ โดยศึกษาข้อมูลศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่าจากคณะรวมมิตรบันเทิงศิลป์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษาเอกสารหลักฐานต่าง ๆ และการสัมภาษณ์ ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่า ซึ่งมีทั้งผู้รู้และผู้มีประสบการณ์ในการแสดงลิเกป่า ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่าในแถบชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันตก มีขั้นตอนประกอบด้วย พิธีกรรมก่อนแสดง การออกแขก และการแสดงของแขกแดง (2) เนื้อหาของการขับร้องสะท้อนถึงความเชื่อไสยศาสตร์ที่ดัดแปลงมาจากคติสอนใจในศาสนาพุทธ ศาสนาอิสลามและการแต่งกายของผู้แสดงลิเกป่า ตามแบบชาวไทยมุสลิมพื้นบ้าน ปัจจุบันการแสดงศิลปะการแสดงลิเกป่าเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามสภาพสังคมและเศรษฐกิจที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้ผู้ชมไม่นิยมดูลิเกป่าอย่างเช่นในอดีต ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการศึกษาและการบันทึก ไว้เป็นหลักฐานสืบไป

The purposes of this study were to (1) study performance art formats, their history.component pats of the theatrical performance likay pah on the west coast of Thailand, and to (2) study the customs and socio-cultural contexts of the performance art of Likay Pa on the West Coast. This study involved a case study of one troupe in Karbi. This qualitative research employed two approaches to collect data - document studies and in-depth interviews with experts. The informants were experts who were knowledgeable and experienced Likay Pa performers. Results from the study showed that there were three major formats - the rituals before the show, the “awk kheak” prelude in which an actor dressed in Malay costume takes the stage to pay homage to the troupe's teachers, and the “khaek daeng” performance. Likay Pa’s plots reflect the integration of the supernatural and religious beliefs of both Buddhists and Islam. Likay Pa performers wear Thai southern Muslim style costumes. At present, the performance art of Likay Pa is being affected by socioeconomic changes. Likay Pa is not as popular as it was in the past. Thus, this performance art should be studied and documented for future reference.
