Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานโรงงานกลุ่มบริษัทโตชิบา ประเทศไทย ที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานขององค์การ (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานของโรงงานกลุ่มบริษัทโตชิบา ประเทศไทย ที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานขององค์การ จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษาประสบการณ์ และตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในการทำงาน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือพนักงานของโรงงานกลุ่มบริษัทโตชิบา ประเทศไทย จำนวน 388 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามจำนวน 1 ชุด แบ่งเป็น 3 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การแจกแจงแบบที การแจกแจงแบบเอฟ และวิธีการของสติวเดนท์ นิวแมน คูลส์ โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมเอ็กซ์เซล และมินิแทป ในการประมวลผล ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า พนักงานของโรงงานกลุ่มบริษัทโตชิบา ประเทศไทย มีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานขององค์การ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เรียงลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านค่านิยมร่วมขององค์การด้านกลยุทธ์ขององค์การ ด้านทักษะขององค์การ ด้านรูปแบบการบริหารองค์การ ด้านโครงสร้าง ขององค์การ ด้านพนักงานขององค์การ และด้านระบบภายในองค์การตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความแตกต่างกันทางด้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในการทำงานไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานขององค์การ แต่ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จ
ในการดำเนินงานขององค์การ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในด้านระบบภายในองค์การด้านพนักงานขององค์การ และด้านค่านิยมร่วมขององค์การ ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ องค์การควรให้ความสำคัญต่อความคิดเห็นของพนักงานให้มากขึ้น และควรที่จะทำการสร้างเสริมขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานแก่พนักงานให้เพิ่มมากขึ้น
The objectives of this study were (1) to study the level of opinion about key success factors affecting to organization’s performance of Thai Toshiba group’s employees (2) to compare the level of opinion about key success factors affecting to organization’s performance of Thai Toshiba group’s employees classification by genders, ages, education, working experiences and positions. Sample for this research comprised 388 Thai Toshiba group’s employees, who were selected through random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire comprising 3 sections. Microsoft Excel and Mini Tab computer program were used in calculating the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, F-Test and Student Newman Keuls method. The result of this analyses found that Thai Toshiba group’s employees had middle level of opinion to key success factors affecting to organization’s performance. The most score was to Share Value factor, the next was to Strategy, Style, Structure, Staff and System factors in order. The differential of genders, ages, education and positions were not related to level opinion to key success factors affecting to organization’s performance but found that the differential of working experiences related to key success factors affecting to organization’s performance especially to System, Staff and Share Value factors. It was recommend that the organization should spend more attention to regard and motivate to employees’ feeling or comment to keep good performace to the organization forever.
