Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความสำคัญของกระบวนการ บริหารจัดการธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา (2) ศึกษาระดับผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา และ (3) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของกระบวนการ บริหารต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ สถานประกอบการธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมใน จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 208 แห่ง กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างจากสูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวน 137 ตัวอย่าง ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) กระบวนการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมใน จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยภาพรวมมีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านมีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากด้วย (2) ผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อม ในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ผลการดำเนินงาน ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดี และ (3) อิทธิพลของกระบวนการบริหารต่อผลการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจ อาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา พบว่า กระบวนการบริหารด้านงบประมาณ และด้าน การอำนวยการ มีอิทธิพลต่อผลการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของธุรกิจอาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมในจังหวัด ฉะเชิงเทราอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และสามารถพยากรณ์ผลการดำเนินงานธุรกิจ อาหารสัตว์นํ้าขนาดย่อมในจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทราได้ร้อยละ 73.70
The objectives of this independent study were: (1) to study the importance level of management process of small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province; (2) to study the business performance level of small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province; and (3) to analyze the influence of management process on the business performance of small aqua-feed nterprises in Chachoengsao Province.The study population consisted of 208 small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province. The sample size was calculated based on Taro Yamane’s formula as a total of 137 samples. The samples were selected based on simple random sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics including multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicated that: (1) the responding enterprises’ overall importance of management process of small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province was at a high level. Considering the seven-dimensions of management process, it was found that all dimensions were at a high level. (2) The enterprises’ overall business performance of the small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province was at a good level. Considering the four-dimensions of business performance, it was found that all dimensions were at good level. (3) The results of influence of management process on the business performance of small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province showed that budgeting and directing influenced overall business performance of small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province with a statistical significance level of 0.05. They could jointly predict 73.70% of variation on the business performance of small aqua-feed enterprises in Chachoengsao Province.
