Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยพื้นฐานด้านข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ด้านสังคม และวิธีเข้าถึงความรู้ของเกษตรกร 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการผลิตและต้นทุนการผลิตทุเรียนของเกษตรกร 3) เพื่อสำรวจความต้องการสื่อวีดิทัศน์เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิตของเกษตรกร 4) เพื่อพัฒนาและทดลองใช้ วีดิทัศน์เพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิตของเกษตรกร และ 5) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือเกษตรกรกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ทุเรียน จังหวัดตราด จํานวน 334 คน สุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 182 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูล โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบประเมิน รวมถึงสื่อที่ใช้ในการลดต้นทุนการผลิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 76.4 เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 53.68 ปี ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการเกษตรจากเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐเข้าถึงสื่อต่างๆ จากโทรศัพท์สมาร์ทโฟน 2) เกษตรกร มีพื้นที่ปลูกทุเรียนเฉลี่ย 9.73 ไร่ มีรายได้จากการผลิตทุเรียนในรอบที่ผ่านมา (พ.ศ. 2562) เฉลี่ย 863,692.31 บาทต่อปี ต้นทุนการผลิตทุเรียนเฉลี่ย 121,373.08 บาทต่อปี ส่วนใหญ่เป็นค่าปุ๋ยเคมี และสารป้องกันกำจัดแมลงศัตรูทุเรียน 3) เกษตรกรต้องการสื่อวีดิทัศน์ที่มีเนื้อหาในการลดต้นทุนการผลิตเรื่องการผลิตแคลเซียมโบรอน ซึ่งเป็นเนื้อหาที่เกษตรกรเคยได้รับการถ่ายทอดความรู้และนําไปใช้จริงจนเห็นผล ลักษณะสื่อวีดิทัศน์ที่ต้องการคือ มีการบรรยายด้วยเสียงบรรยายผู้หญิงพร้อมกับการบรรยายตัวอักษรใต้ภาพ มีระยะเวลา 5-7 นาที และใช้ภาพโทนเย็น ตัวอักษรมีขนาดใหญ่และชัดเจน 4) ประสิทธิผลการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ของเกษตรกร พบว่าวีดิทัศน์ที่ได้ผลิตขึ้นมีความเหมาะสมเป็นอย่างมากทั้งด้านการส่งสาร ข้อมูลข่าวสาร ช่องทางการส่ง และการรับสาร 5) เกษตรกรมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและสามารถนําความรู้ที่ได้จากสื่อวีดิทัศน์ไปใช้ในการผลิตแคลเซียมโบรอนเพื่อลดต้นทุนการผลิต และมีข้อเสนอแนะให้เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตร ความรู้และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ผ่านสื่อที่ทันสมัย เข้าไปประชาสัมพันธ์และให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้เกษตรกรมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการเปิดใจยอมรับสิ่งใหม่มากยิ่งขึ้น และเสนอให้มีการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในเรื่องการลดต้นทุนการผลิตหลังจากการใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรให้แก่เกษตรก
The objectives of this research were 1) to study basic factors of personal information, society, and access methods of knowledge of farmers 2) to study the production conditions and durian production cost of farmers 3) to survey the demand for video media to reduce production costs of farmers 4) to develop and test the video media to reduce production costs of farmers and 5) to evaluate the usage of the video media of farmers. The population used in this research was 334 collaborative durian farmers in Trat Province, which were randomly selected using Taro Yamane’s formula with a 0.05 percent error. The sample size was 182 people, and simple random sampling was used using interview and evaluation forms, including media used to reduce production costs for data collection. Data were analyzed using the computer package. Statistics used in this research were descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum, average, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that 1) 76.4% of the farmers were males with an average age of 53.68 years, received agricultural information from government officials, and accessed to various agricultural media from Smartphone. 2) Farmers average 9.73 rai of areas for growing durian per person, received 863,692.31 baht per year of average income from durian production in the last year (2019), and the average durian production cost was 121,373.08 baht per year, most of which were chemical fertilizer and durian pesticide fees. 3) Farmers needed video media with content to reduce production costs on production of calcium boron, which was the content that farmers have been received knowledge and put into practice until seeing results, and the desired video media characteristics were audio lectures with female narrators with the narration of caption of pictures, 5-7 minute duration, cool tone use, and big and clear letters. 4) The effectiveness of video media use of farmers found that the produced video was very appropriate in message, information, and delivery and receiving channels. 5) Farmers had knowledge and understanding, and they can use the knowledge gained from the video media to produce calcium boron to reduce the production costs. Suggestion on the operation was that agricultural extension officials should apply new knowledge and technology through modern media to publicize and educate farmers all times to create farmer’s awareness to have a positive attitude towards opening their mind to accept new things. Suggestion for development was that it should be further studied on quantitative data of production cost reduction after using video media in agriculture extension and development for farmers.
