การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ (1) ศึกษากระบวนการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาขนาด
เล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระบุรี (2) เปรียบเทียบกระบวนการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาขนาด
เล็กพิเศษระหว่างขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กับ เขต 2 (3) ศึกษาปัญหา
กระบวนการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระบุรี (4) เปรียบเทียบ

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ สถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 และ เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2550 จำนวน 64 โรงเรียน โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 192 คน ได้มาโดย
การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่
ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง มีความเที่ยง 0.78 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบน
มาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) กระบวนการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 และเขต 2 มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) กระบวนการบริหารงานของ
สถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กับ เขต 2 ไม่แตกต่างกัน (3) ปัญหา
กระบวนการการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 และ เขต
2 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (4) ปัญหากระบวนการบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาสระบุรี เขต 1 กับ เขต 2 ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (5) แนวทางการพัฒนากระบวนการบริหารงาน
ของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กพิเศษในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสระบุรีที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ จัดให้มีแผนพัฒนาครูให้
สามารถนำหลักสูตรไปใช้และการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สอดคล้องกับท้องถิ่น การประชุมชี้แจงเกี่ยวกับการ
บริหารงานบุคคล มีแผนการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษา และการพัฒนาระบบเครือข่ายข้อมูล

The purposes of this research were to: (1) study the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area; (2) compare the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 1 with that of counterpart schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 2; (3) study problems of the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area; (4) compare problems of the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 1 with those of counterpart schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 2; and (5) study guidelines for development of the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area. The research sample consisted of 64 extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Areas 1 and 2. Informants were 192 school administrators, teachers, and basic education school board members, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, with .78 reliability coefficient. Statistics for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Areas 1 and 2 was practiced at the moderate level; (2) no significant difference was found between the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 1 and that of counterpart schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 2; (3) problems of the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Areas 1 and 2 were at the moderate level; (4) no significant difference was found between problems of the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 1 and those of counterpart schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area 2; and (5) the main guidelines for development of the administrative process of extra small schools in Saraburi Educational Service Area were as follows: there should be teacher development plans to enable teachers to implement the curriculum and develop school-based curriculum relevant to local conditions; there should be meetings concerning personnel administration; there should be plans to mobilize resources for educational development; and educational information network system should be established.
