การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อการฝึกอบรม : กรณีศึกษาบริษัทบิทส์ประเทศไทย จำกัด

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการฝึกอบรมของบริษัทบิทส์ประเทศไทย จำกัด วิธีการพัฒนาระบบฝึกอบรมของบริษัทบิทส์ประเทศไทย จำกัด ได้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบโดยเริ่มจากการศึกษาปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นของแผนกคอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดฝึกอบรม และนำปัญหาที่ได้รับมาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบฝึกอบรม รวมทั้งพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลในรูปแบบเว็บประยุกต์ โดยใช้ฐานข้อมูลเป็นโครงสร้างภาษามายเอสคิวแอลเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการกับฐานข้อมูลในแต่ละตาราง และภาษาพีเอชพีใช้ในการเขียนคำลั่งเพื่อให้ตอบสนองความต้องการของระบบฝึกอบรมมากที่สุด และการประเมินระบบฝึกอบรมซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนสุดท้ายโดยการให้เจ้าหน้าที่ทดลองใช้ระบบฝึกอบรมที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น และทำการตอบแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 18 คน ผลการประเมินระบบฝึกอบรมอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี การจัดเก็บข้อมูลลงฐานข้อมูลมีความเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ช่วยลดความซ้ำซ้อนของระบบฝึกอบรม ทำให้สามารถทำงานด้านการฝึกอบรมได้รวดเร็วและแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดได้ทันท่วงทีมีความถูกต้องและแม่นยำ ทำให้ผู้บริหารเล็งเห็นความสำคัญของระบบฝึกอบรมแบบใหม่นี้และนำมาใช้ในบริษัทบิทส์ประเทศไทยเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดในการปฏิบัติงานของแผนกคอมพิวเตอร์

This research aimed at developing an information system for training at BITS Thailand Company Limited. The System Development Life Cycle was the method used in the development of the training database system for the company. It began with the analysis of the various problems in training faced by the computer department of BITS Thailand Company Limited. The problems were next analyzed and the database system was also developed accordingly, using mostly MySQL language for the management database, and PHP language for designing codes for the training database system. Lastly, the system was evaluated by means of questionnaires from eighteen users of the system. The result of the system evaluation showed that the system worked well, and data storage of the system was of the same standard, which reduced redundant training in the system. These enhanced the rapid training system, and mistakes could be rectified quickly and precisely. This caused the administrator to appreciate the importance of the new training database system and to apply it at BITS Thailand Company Limited to benefit most in the performance at the computer department.
