ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อกิจกรรมการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของพนักงานบริษัทปุณจิราก่อสร้าง จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็น (1) ปัจจัยองค์การที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของบริษัท ปุณจิรา ก่อสร้าง จำกัด (2) ปัจจัยกิจกรรมการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของบริษัท ปุณจิรา ก่อสร้าง จำกัด และ (3) ปัจจัยส่วน บุคคลที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของบริษัท ปุณจิรา ก่อสร้าง จำกัด การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีประชากรคือ พนักงานบริษัท ปุณจิรา ก่อสร้าง จำกัด ซึ่งมีจำนวน 239 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 149 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยด้วย การทดสอบค่าทีและค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยองค์การที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนา ทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ของบริษัท ปุณจิรา ก่อสร้าง จำกัด ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมาก (2)ระสับความ คิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยกิจกรรมการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของบริษัท ปุณจิรา ก่อสร้างจำกัด ส่วนใหญ่ อยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของ บริษัทปุณจิรา ก่อสร้าง จำกัด ไม,แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ก็ คือ บริษัทควรส่งเสริมให้มีการขยายการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้ครอบคลุมทุกระดับ โดยการส่งเสริมให้ มีการการผึเกอบรมและการศึกษาต่อให้มากขึ้น โดยเน้นการเพี่มความรู้ความสามารถให้ตรงตาม ภารกิจและบทบาทหน้าที่ เพื่อพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในองค์การให้มีขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงานให้เพี่มมากขึ้น

The objectives of this research are to study (1) attitude level toward the organizational factors that affect the human resources development of the Poonjira Construction Company (2) factors of human resources development activities that affect to the human resources development of the Poonjira Construction Company, and (3) to study personal factors that affect to the human resources development of the Poonjira Construction Company. This research is an exploratory research of which the population is the employees of the Poonjira Construction Company which compose of 239 employees. Data are collected from 149 samples. Data collection tools are questionnaires. Statistical tools used for data analysis includes: frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The average comparison uses T-test and F-test. The result shows that (1) the attitude level toward the organizational factors that affect the human resources development is largely classified as at the high level. (2) the attitude level toward factors of human resources development activities is largely classified as at the high level. (3) the demographic factors affecting the human resources development of the Poonjira Construction Company is not significantly different at 0.05 level. The recommendation of this research is that the company should encourage the expansion of personnel development to all levels of employees by supporting training and furthering education emphasizing on knowledge and skills that are directly related to mission, role and responsibility of the employees. It is to boot morale to human resources to work better in the organization.
