Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในอำเภอบางนํ้าเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา (2) ศึกษาการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลและเทศบาลในอำเภอบางนํ้าเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิชัย จำนวน 89 คน ประกอบด้วยครูผู้ดูแลเด็กสังกัดเทศบาล จำนวน 30 คน และครูผู้ดูแลเด็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 59 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ.84 สถิตที่ใช้ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในอำเภอบางนํ้าเปรี้ยว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยรวม และ รายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านวิชาการ และกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กด้านบุคลากร ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม และการสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน ด้านอาคารสถานที่สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดลัย และด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย (2) การดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลและเทศบาล โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purposes of this study were (1) to study the operation of preschool children development centers under local administrative organizations in Bang Nam Prieo District, Chachoengsao Province ; and (2) to study the operations of preschool children development under sub-district administration organization and municipalities in Bang Nam Prieo District, Chachoengsao Province. The research population consisted of 89 child care teachers consisted of 30 child care teachers under municipalities and 59 child care teachers under sub-district administration organization. The employed research instrument was a rating questionnaire with reliability coefficient of .84. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that (1) the overall and by-aspect operations of the preschool children development centers under local administrative organizations in Bang Nam Prieo District, Chachoengsao Province were rate at the high level ;the operational aspects could be ranked based on their rating mean as follow : theacademic and curriculum activities, the administration and management of the center; the personnel, the participation and supports from all sectors; the building facilities environment and safety ; and the preschool children development network promotion, respectively; and (2) the overall and by-aspect operation of preschool children development centers under the sub-district administration organizations and municipalities were rate at the high level.
