การประเมินโกรงการฝึกอบรมเป็นกระบวนการตัดสินกุณ ภาพของโครงการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภพและประสิทธิผลของโกรงการฝึกอบรม สามารถประยุกด์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมิน ได้หลายรูปแบบหากต้องการประเมินเพื่อให้"ด้สารสนเทศสำหรับการตัดสินใจตามช่วงระยะเวลาของการบริหารจัดการ โครงการอาจประยุกด์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินซิปปัซึ่งมี การประเมินบริบทก่อนจัดทำโครงการ การประเมินปัจจัยเพื่อการวางแผนดำเนิน โกรงการ การประเมินกระบวนการเพื่อปรับปรุงกิจกรรมและวิธีดำเนินโครงการ และการประเมินผลผลิตเพื่อตัดสินคุณค่าและอนาคตของโครงการว่า จะดำเนินงานต่อไปหรือยุติ โครงการ แต่ถ้ำต้องทราบประสิทธิผลของโครงการฝึกอบรม อาจประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินของ Kirkpatrick ซึ่ง ได้เสนอให้มี การประเมินปฏิกิริยา การประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ การประเมินพฤติกรรมการ ทำงาน และการประเมินผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นกระบวนการประเมิน โครงการฝึกอบรมเริ่มต้นจากการวิเคร าะห์โครงการ การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ของการประเมิน การศึกษาแนวคิดของรูปแบบการประเมิน การออกแบบการประเมิน การพัฒนาเครื่องมือ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และรายงานผลการประเมิน
Training project evaluation is the process that provides information for making a decision on the efficiency and effectiveness of the training project. Several evaluation models can be applied to the process. With the aim to get information for making a decision at different time frame, the CIPP Model can be used. The model consists of context evaluation which is done before the beginning the training project, input evaluation which is used for planning the project, process evaluation which is used for improving activities and project procedures, and product evaluation which is used for making value judgment, and determining the future of the project whether to continue or terminate it. To verify the effectiveness of the training project, Kirkpatrick Model can be applied. This model consists of reaction evaluation, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation and results evaluation. Project evaluation process begins with project analyzing, determining the purpose of evaluation, studying the concept of the evaluation model, designing evaluation activities, developing data collection instruments, data collecting, data analyzing and reporting the evaluation results
