Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาวะเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิต และราคาของอ้อย ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2) วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มของเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิต และราคาของอ้อย ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 3) วิเคราะห์ดัชนีฤดูกาลของผลผลิต และราคาของอ้อย ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 4) เปรียบเทียบแนวโน้มและดัชนีฤดูกาลของอ้อย ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 5) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิต และราคาของอ้อย ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 6) พยากรณ์เนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิต และราคาอ้อย ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2556-2560 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) จากการศึกษาสภาวะเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิต และราคาของอ้อยของภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือส่วนใหญ่เพิ่มขึ้น 2) แนวโน้มเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยวได้ ผลผลิต และราคาอ้อยของทั้ง 3 ภาคเพิ่มขึ้น 3) ดัชนีฤดูกาลของผลผลิตและราคาของอ้อย ของทั้ง 3 ภาคมีลักษณะการเคลื่อนไหวในรูปแบบเดียวกัน 4) แนวโน้มของผลผลิตและราคาอ้อยของทั้ง 3 ภาคเพิ่มขึ้น ส่วนดัชนีฤดูกาล มีการเคลื่อนไหวขึ้นลงในเวลาใกล้เคียงกัน 5) ราคาอ้อยมีความสัมพันธ์กับเนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยวอ้อยและผลผลิตอ้อยทั้ง 3 ภาค 6) ค่าพยากรณ์เนื้อที่เก็บเกี่ยว ผลผลิต และราคาอ้อย ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2556-2557 เพิ่มขึ้นทั้ง 3 ภาค
This research aimed to 1) study harvested area, production and price of sugarcane, 2) analyze the trends on harvested area, production and price of sugarcane, 3) analyze seasonal index of production and price of sugarcane, 4) compare the trends and seasonal index of sugarcane, 5) analyze the relationship between harvested area, production and price of sugarcane, and 6) forecast harvested area, production and price of sugarcane in Northern, Central and Northeastern regions of Thailand during the years 2013 to 2017. This study was a documentary research from secondary data, consisting of the monthly and annual statistics dating back 6 to 10 years during the year of 2002 to 2012. The data were retrieved from the Office of Agricultural Economics and other related agencies. The statistics that were used in the data analysis included mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Mean Absolute Percent Error, and time series analysis which was composed of trend and seasonal index analysis. The results showed that: 1) the situation of harvested area and price of sugarcane in Northern, Central and Northeastern regions of Thailand had increased. 2) The harvested area, production and price in the three regions tended to increase. 3) The seasonal index of production and price in the three regions had the same pattern. 4) The trends of harvested area, production and price of sugarcane in the three regions were increased, while the seasonal index of production and price had swinged up and down mostly at the same period. 5) The harvested area and price were related to the sugarcane production in these three regions. 6) The forecast for harvested area, production and price of sugarcane during the years 2013 to 2017 was to increase.
