Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) สภาพทางด้านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิกเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะขาม (2) สภาพการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะขาม (3) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะขาม (4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะขาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) เกษตรกรเป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 57.73 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ เฉลี่ย 1.99 ปี ได้รับการฝึกอบรมด้านการถ่ายทอดความรู้วิชาการ เฉลี่ย 2.22 ครั้ง/ปี มีรายได้รวมของครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย 20,379.11 บาท มีรายจ่ายรวมของครัวเรือน เฉลี่ย 15,232.91 บาท มีแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 2.07 ราย (2) สภาพการดำเนินงานของสมาชิกเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะขาม ในด้านของกลุ่ม/สมาชิก กรรมการ เป็นอย่างดี (3) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะขาม เกษตรกรมีการวางแผนพัฒนากลุ่มและมีการดำเนินงานของกลุ่ม ระดับมาก (4) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่มีปัญหาด้านการวางแผนพัฒนากลุ่มเนื่องจากขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการวางแผนทำให้การผลิตสินค้าที่ไม่สม่ำเสมอ ข้อเสนอแนะควรมีการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดหาวิทยากรในการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ ในการวางแผนพัฒนากลุ่มเพื่อให้มีสินค้าส่งออกสู่ตลาดสม่ำเสมอ
The objectives of this research were to study (1) social and economic conditions of Tamarind farmers group, (2) operating conditions of the Tamarind farmers group, (3) participation in operation of Tamarind farmers group, and (4) problems and recommendations on participation in operation of tamarind farmers group. The population consisted of 259 farmers in in Sa-than Sub-district, Nanoi District of Nan Province who registered with the Department of Agricultural Extension in the production year of 2021. The 158 sample size was based on Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05. Structured interviews were used for data collection. Statistics used were frequency, minimum, maximum, mean percentage, standard deviation and ranking. The results indicated the following: (1) Most of the farmers were male with average of age 57.73 years and finished from primary school, collaborative farming member. The average of members group was 1.99 years, average of received training in the transfer of academic knowledge was 2.22 times/year. The total household income is 20,379.11 baht. The total household expenditure averaged 15,232.91 baht. The average labors were 2.07 person. (2) Operating conditions of the Tamarind Farmers Group for the group/member, the director was very good. (3) Participation in the operation of Tamarind farmers group were development planning and group operations at a high level. (4) Most of the members was problems in planning the development of the group due to lack of knowledge and understanding of planning causing production discontinuous. Recommendations would be coordinated with relevant agencies to provide speakers to transfer knowledge of products exported to the market regularly.
