Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการผลิตส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวใหญ่ตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีของเกษตรกร 3) ปัญหา และข้อเสนอแนะในการผลิตส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวใหญ่ของเกษตรกร 4) ความต้องการและแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวใหญ่ตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี ประชากรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวใหญ่ ในอำเภอบางคนที จังหวัดสมุทรสงครามที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกรกับกรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร ในปี 2564 จำนวน 899 ราย กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามสูตรทาโร ยามาเน ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.07 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 166 ราย ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการจัดอันดับ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุเฉลี่ย 54.93 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มเกษตรกร มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 3.57 ราย มีจำนวนแรงงานในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 1.88 ราย ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านการเกษตรจากเจ้าหน้าที่กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร มีประสบการณ์ในการปลูกส้มโอเฉลี่ย 13.84 ปี 2) เกษตรกรมีพื้นที่ปลูกเฉลี่ย 4.00 ไร่ พื้นที่ของตนเองเฉลี่ย 3.70 ไร่ เช่าพื้นที่เฉลี่ย 0.30 ไร่ ปลูกแบบร่องสวน และเป็นสวนเดี่ยว มีการลอกเลนจำนวน 2 ปี/ครั้ง ตัดแต่งกิ่งจำนวน 2 ครั้ง/ปีส่วนใหญ่พบไรแดง ซึ่งใช้สารชีวภัณฑ์ในการป้องกันกำจัด เก็บเกี่ยวผลผลิตเอง ปริมาณผลผลิตส้มโอเฉลี่ย 1,713.25 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ รายได้จากการผลิตส้มโอเฉลี่ย 53,759.04 บาท/ไร่ ต้นทุนในการผลิตส้มโอเฉลี่ย 9,332.83 บาท/ไร่ส่วนใหญ่จำหน่ายผลผลิตผ่านพ่อค้าคนกลาง เกษตรกรปฏิบัติตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดีในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมากที่สุด มีเพียงด้านการบันทึกข้อมูลและการตามสอบที่ปฏิบัติน้อยกว่าด้านอื่น 3) เกษตรกรมีปัญหาระดับมาก ได้แก่ การบันทึกข้อมูล และต้นทุนการผลิตสูง เสนอแนะให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐสนับสนุนด้านความรู้เรื่อง การลดต้นทุนในการผลิต และการป้องกันกำจัดโรคและแมลงศัตรูส้มโอ รวมถึงการบันทึกข้อมูลที่มีรูปแบบเข้าใจง่าย 4) เกษตรกรมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมในการผลิตส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวใหญ่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผ่านช่องทางจากเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ โดยวิธีการอบรม/สาธิต แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตส้มโอพันธุ์ขาวใหญ่ตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี โดยนักส่งเสริมการเกษตร ให้ความรู้ในการใช้วัตถุอันตรายทางการเกษตรที่ถูกต้อง วิธีการเก็บเกี่ยวผลส้มโอในระยะที่เหมาะสม การบันทึกข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่เกษตรกรเข้าใจง่าย และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการลดต้นทุนการผลิต เพื่อให้เกษตรนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปปฏิบัติได้ถูกต้อง ได้รับการรับรองตามการปฏิบัติทางการเกษตรที่ดี และเพิ่มช่องทางการตลาด
The objectives of this research were to study 1) general conditions of farmers 2) pomelo production conditions according to good agricultural practice of farmers 3) problems and suggestions regarding pomelo production of farmers 4) needs and extension guidelines on pomelo production according to good agricultural practice. The population of this study was 899 pomelo production farmers in Bang Khon Tee district, Samut Songkhram province who had registered as farmers with the department of agricultural extension in 2021. The sample size of 166 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.07 with random sampling method. Data were collected by conducting interview and were analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, mean, standard deviation, and ranking. The results of the study found that 1) most of the farmers were male with the average age of 54.93 years old, completed primary school education, were mostly member of farmer group, had the average member in the household of 3.57 people, had the average level in the household of 1.88 people, received the agricultural data and news from the agricultural extension officers, and had the average experience in pomelo production of 13.84 years. 2) Farmers had the average production area of 4.00 Rai, owned the average land of 3.70 Rai, rented the average land of 0.30 Rai, grew the plant in the garden plot and single garden, dredged up the mud 2 time/year, trimmed the branches 2 time/year, mostly found red spider mite and controlled by using biological substances, harvested the products themselves, had the average pomelo productivity of 1,713.25 kilogram/Rai, earned the average income from pomelo production of 53,759.04 Baht/Rai, and had the average pomelo production cost of 9,332.83 Baht/Rai. Most of them sold their products through middlemen. Farmers practiced according to good agricultural practice, overall, at the highest level. Only on the aspect of data recording and following up that practiced at the lower level. 3) Farmers faced with the problems at the high level on data recording and high cost of production. They suggested that the government agencies give support on the knowledge regarding production cost reduction and disease and pest control along with easy-to-understand method of data recording. 4) Farmers needed the extension for pomelo production at the highest level through government officers by using the method of training/demonstration. The extension guidelines for pomelo production according to good agricultural practice by the agricultural extension officers included the knowledge giving in the correct way of using agricultural hazardous materials, the method for harvesting pomelo in the appropriate time, data recording in the form that were user friendly for farmer, and knowledge regarding production cost reduction so that farmers could adopt knowledge and practice them accordingly which eventually led them to the receiving of good agricultural practice certification and marketing channel increase.
