Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก (2) ศึกษาระดับการทำงาน เป็นทีมของครู สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้ หลักธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก จำนวน 138 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนจำนวนครูของแต่ละโรงเรียนที่ศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 และ0.90 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้ (1) ระดับการใช้หลัก ธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลเพื่อการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับ การทำงานเป็นทีมของครู สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level the use of the good governance for the management of school administrators. Tak Municipality, Tak Province; (2) to study the level teamwork of teachers in Tak Municipality, Tak Province and (3) to explore the relationship between the use of the good governance for the management of school administrators and teamwork of teachers. Tak Municipality, Tak Province . The sample consisted of 138 teachers in schools Tak Municipality, Tak Province. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire, dealing with data on the use of the good governance for the management of school administrators and teamwork of teachers, with reliability coefficient of 0.97 and 0.90, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: (1) the overall the use of the good governance for the management of school administrators. Tak Municipality, Tak Province was at the high level; (2) the overall teamwork of teachers in Tak Municipality, Tak Province was at the high level ; and (3) The relationship between the use of the good governance for the management of school administrators and teamwork of teachers. Tak Municipality, Tak Province was positive, significant, and at the high level.
