Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ภาวะผู้นาเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 (2) การปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นาเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนัก งานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 40 จำนวน 138 คน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .894 และ .967 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์-สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติตนตามจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพของครู สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 40 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .827
The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 40; (2) to study the self-conduct based on professional code of ethics of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 40; and (3) to study the relationships between ethical leadership of school administrators and self- conduct based on professional Code of ethics of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 40. The sample consisted of 138 teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 40 during the academic year 2019, obtained by stratified and simple random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire on ethical leadership of school administrators and self- conduct based on professional code of ethics of teachers in schools, with reliability coefficients of .894 and .967 respectively. Data was analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The research findings were as follows: (1) both the overall and specific aspects of ethical leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 40 was at the high level; (2) both the overall and specific aspects of self-conduct based on professional code of ethics of teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 40 was at the highest level; and (3) the relationship between the overall ethical leadership of school administrators and the overall self-conduct based on professional code of ethics of teachers in schools was correlated positively at the high level, with the correlation coefficient of .827 which was significant at the .01 level.
