Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความพร้อมของปัจจัยในการดำเนินงาน
การเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ของวิทยาลัยสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร
(2) ประเมินกระบวนการดำเนินงานการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ของวิทยาลัยสังกัด
อาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร และ (3) ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานการเทียบโอนความรู้และ
ประสบการณ์ของวิทยาลัยสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร
กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู เจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบการเทียบโอนความรู้และ
ประสบการณ์ จำนวน 28 คน และนักเรียน นักศึกษาที่เข้ารับการเทียบโอนความรู้และ
ประสบการณ์ รวม 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) วิทยาลัยสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร มีความพร้อมของ
ปัจจัยในการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน (2) ด้านกระบวนการ
ดำเนินงานมีการปฏิบัติในการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน ผู้บริหาร
ครู เจ้าหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ และนักเรียน นักศึกษา มีปัญหา
อุปสรรคในด้านงบประมาณ ได้แก่ การจัดงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานด้านการเทียบโอนความรู้
และประสบการณ์ไม่เพียงพอ ด้านบุคลากรไม่มีบุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบงานเทียบโอนความรู้และ
ประสบการณ์โดยตรง ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ ไม่มีเอกสาร/คู่มือการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์
ของนักเรียน นักศึกษา การประชาสัมพันธ์การสมัครเข้ารับการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์
ไม่ทั่วถึง และ (3) ผลการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ มีนักเรียน นักศึกษาเข้ารับการเทียบ
โอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ผ่านเกณฑ์การเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์และมีความพึงพอใจ
ในการเข้ารับการเทียบโอนความรู้และประสบการณ์ในระดับมาก ผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมิน
The objectives of this research were to: (1) evaluate readiness of the input of knowledge and experience equating and transfers of vocational education colleges in Kamphaeng Phet province; (2) evaluate the process of knowledge and experience equating and transfers of vocational education colleges in Kamphaeng Phet province; and (3) evaluate the output of knowledge and experience equating and transfers of vocational education colleges in Kamphaeng Phet province. Research informants consisted of 28 administrators and teachers in charge of knowledge and experience equating and transfers, and 116 students who received knowledge and experience equating and transfers. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire and a data recording form. Research data were analyzed with the use of the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Kamphaeng Phet province had input readiness of knowledge and experience equating and transfers passing the evaluation criteria; (2) their practice process of knowledge and experience equating and transfers also passed the evaluation criteria; administrators, teachers in charge of knowledge and experience equating and transfers, and students had the following problems; on the budget, the provided budget for knowledge and experience equating and transfers was insufficient; on the personnel, there was a lack of personnel directly in charge of knowledge and experience equating and transfers; on the materials and equipment, there was a lack of document/manual on student's knowledge and experience equating and transfers; and on public relations, students were not toughly informed on application for knowledge and experience equating and transfers; and (3) as for the output of knowledge and experience equating and transfers, it was found that students who received the knowledge and experience equating and transfers passed the evaluation criteria and were satisfied with knowledge and experience equating and transfers at the high level.
