Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบติดตามแหล่งโภชนาการและ ภาวะโภชนาการของเด็กอายุ 5-12 ปี ของโรงเรียนวัดทองทั่ว (เอครพานิช) (2) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโภชนาการของเด็ก (3) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบติดตามภาวะทุพโภชนาการเด็กอายุ 5-12 ปี ของโรงเรียนวัดทองทั่ว (เอครพานิช)และ (4) เพื่อประเมินผลระบบติดตามภาวะทุพโภชนาการเด็กอายุ 5-12 ปี ของโรงเรียนวัดทองทั่ว (เอครพานิช) ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน (1) ศึกษาและวิเคราะห์สภาวะแหล่งโภชนา ภาวะทุพโภชนาการเด็กอายุ 5-12 ปี ของโรงเรียนวัดทองทั่ว (เอครพานิช) (2) รวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลนักเรียนตั้งแต่ อนุบาล 1 ถึง ประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 6 (3) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้รวบรวมมาโดยใช้ Use Case Diagram และ Data Flow Diagrams (4) ออกแบบระบบงาน (5) พัฒนาโปรแกรมและทดสอบโปรแกรมระบบติดตามภาวะทุพโภชนาการเด็กอายุ 5-12 ปี ของโรงเรียนวัดทองทั่ว (เอครพานิช) (6) ประเมินการสำรวจความพึงพอใจการใช้งานจาก ผู้ปกครองและครูอาจารย์ และ (7) ออกรายงานผลผลการทดลองแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบงานสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริงตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งานเท่ากับ 4.32 อยู่ในระดับมาก เนื่องจากโปรแกรม มีความสามารถในการใช้งานง่ายเป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ใช้งานจริงและ.โปรแกรมการพัฒนาระบบติดตามภาวะทุพโภชนาการเด็กอายุ 5-12 ปี ที่พัฒนานี้สามารถพัฒนาให้สมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้นในอนาคตโดยการเพิ่มในส่วนของการคำนวณปริมาณสารอาหารในหน่วยกิโลแคลอรี่
This research aims: 1) To study the information about the development of the system monitoring nutrition source and nutrition status of 5-12 years old children in Watthongthua school (Akkharaphanit): 2) To study the factors that have a relationship with the nutrition of 5-12 years old children : 3) To develop the malnutrition monitoring system of 5-12 years old children and: 4) To evaluate the malnutrition monitoring system of 5-12 years old children. The project methodologies were as following: 1) Study and analyze the factor of nutrition sources and nutrition status of children 5-12 years old of the above school: 2) Collect data about the student information from kindergarten children level 1 to the primary school year level 6: 3) Analyze the data that is gathered by using use case diagrams and data flow diagram : 4) Design the system: 5) Develop and test program for malnutrition monitoring system of 5-12 years old children in the school: 6) Evaluate the satisfaction survey of parents and teachers: and 7) Report the results. The results showed that the system could be applied in practical according to the project objectives. The average value of users’ satisfaction was equal to 4.32, as presented as the high level. This was because the monitoring system program was be easy to use and useful to the practical usage. In addition, the developed malnutrition status monitoring system of 5-12 years old children could be further completed by including the nutrient amount calculation in kilo Calories unit
