Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอท่าฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา อำเภอท่าฉาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 2 จำนวน 118 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .86 และ .87 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the participatory administration of school administrators in Tha Chang district under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; 2) to study the teamwork efficiency of school teachers; and 3) to study the relationship between participatory administration of school administrators and teamwork efficiency of school teachers.The sample consisted of 118 school teachers in Tha Chang district under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, all of whom were obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire dealing with data on participatory administration of school administrators and teamwork efficiency of school teachers, with reliability coefficient of .86 and .87, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation.The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall participatory administration of school administrators was rated at the high level; 2) the overall teamwork efficiency of school teachers was rated at the high level; and 3) the participatory administration of school administrators positively correlated at the medium level with the teamwork efficiency of school teachers, which was significant at the .01 level.
