Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) คุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์การเกษตรบ้านเหลื่อม จำกัด 2) ความภักดีของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กับคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์ 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กันความภักดีของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์กับความภักดีของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ และ 6) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรบ้านเหลื่อม จำกัด ณ วันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2562 จำนวน 947 คน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ค่าความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 จำนวน 282 คนการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญตามสัดส่วนสมาชิกแต่ละตำบลที่ใช้บริการกับสหกรณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบไค-สแควร์ และวัดระดับความสัมพันธ์โดยวิธีเครมเมอร์ วี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกสหกรณ์เพศหญิงร้อยละ 51.80 เพศชาย ร้อยละ 48.20 อายุเฉลี่ย 59.15 ปี ระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับประถมศึกษา รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อปี 63,206.38 บาท ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิกสหกรณ์เฉลี่ย 18 ปี จำนวนการใช้บริการสหกรณ์ เฉลี่ย 3 ครั้งต่อปี 1) คุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับแต่ละด้านดังนี้ ด้านความเชื่อถือหรือไว้วางใจได้ ด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการ ด้านการให้ความมั่นใจ ด้านการดูแลเอาใจใส่ให้บริการ และด้านสิ่งที่สัมผัสได้ ตามลำดับ 2) ความภักดีของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ต่อสหกรณ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากโดยเรียงลำดับแต่ละด้านดังนี้ ด้านความชอบ ด้านความผูกพัน ด้านการบอกต่อ และด้านพฤติกรรมการใช้ซ้ำตามลำดับ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ กับคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์ พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเพียงบางประเด็น โดยส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 4) ความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลทั่วไปของสมาชิกสหกรณ์กับความภักดีของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเพียงบางประเด็น โดยส่วนใหญ่มีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 5) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพการให้บริการของสหกรณ์กับความภักดีของสมาชิกสหกรณ์ พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทุกด้าน โดยมีความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ 6) แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการของ ได้แก่ ด้านการแต่งกายของเจ้าหน้าที่ การตรงต่อเวลา ด้านเทคโนโลยีและการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาเจ้าหน้าที่ แนวทางการสร้างความภักดีของสมาชิกที่มีต่อสหกรณ์ ได้แก่ สหกรณ์ไปประชุมกลุ่มสมาชิก ให้ความรู้ข่าวสารประชาสัมพันธ์งานสหกรณ์และการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับสมาชิกโดยใช้กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อกระตุ้นให้สมาชิกอยากกลับมาใช้บริการ
The objectives of this research were to study 1) quality service of Ban Lueam Agricultural Cooperative Limited, 2) loyalty of the cooperatives members, 3) relationship between general information of cooperative’s members and the service quality of the cooperative, 4) relationships between general information of cooperative members and the loyalty of cooperative members, 5) relationships between the service quality of the cooperative and the loyalty of cooperative’s members, and 6) guidelines for quality of service development of the cooperative. The population of the research was 947 members of Ban Lueam Agricultural Cooperative Limited on 31th March 2019. The sample size of 282 was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and accidental sampling method as per the proportion of members from each sub-district who used the services of the cooperative. Research instrument was questionnaires. Data was analyzed by using statistics namely percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, Cramer’s V, and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that 51.80% of the cooperative service users were female and 48.20% were male with the average age of 59.15 years. Their highest level of education was primary school level with the annual average income of 63,206.38 Baht. The average cooperative membership duration was 18 years. The average number of times for the cooperative service usage was 3 times per year. 1) The quality of service of the cooperative, overall, was at the high level. It also showed that credibility or reliability aspect, need response aspect, reassurance aspect, service care aspect, and tangibility aspect were at the high level. The aspects were ranked as followed: credibility or reliability aspect, need response aspect, reassurance aspect, service care aspect, and tangibility aspect respectively.2) The loyalty of members of the cooperative towards the cooperative, overall, was at the high level. The aspects were ranked from preference aspect, attachment aspect, reference aspect, and reusable behavior aspect respectively. 3) The relationship between general information of members of the cooperative and the quality of service of the cooperative found out that there were relationships at a statistically significant level in some aspects, mostly at the moderate level. 4) The relationship between general information of cooperative members and the loyalty of cooperative members revealed that the relationship was at statistically significant level in some aspects, mainly related at the moderate level. 5) Regarding the relationship between the quality of service of cooperative and the loyalty of cooperative members showed that every aspect of the quality of service of cooperative were related at a statistically significant level and at moderate level. 6) Quality development guidelines for service were such as dress code of the officials, punctuality, technology and development training for officers. Guidelines to create loyalty of cooperative members included cooperative organizing meeting for member group to distribute information and publication of cooperative and to create inspiration to members by using marketing strategy to stimulate members to come back and use the service
