การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) บรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้กับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฎิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยในกำกับของรัฐแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 305 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) บรรยากาศการเรียนรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.742
The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to study learning climate as perceived by professional nurses at an autonomous university hospital in Bangkok Metropolis, (2) to explore effectiveness of patient units as perceived by professional nurses, and (3) to find the relationship between learning climate and effectiveness of patient units as perceived by professional nurses. The sample comprised 305 professional nurses who worked at the autonomous university hospital in Bangkok Metropolis and were selected by simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used for data collection. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient were used for data analysis. The major findings were as follows. (1) Professional nurses rated the learning climate of the patient units at the high level. (2) They also rated effectiveness of the patient units at the high level. Finally, (3) there was a statistically significant positive relationship between the learning climate and the effectiveness of the patient units as perceived by professional nurses (r = 0.742, p < 0.01).
