การผลิตภัณฑ์ยางฉนวนกันความร้อนเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีการรีด บด ผสมยาง ซึ่งมีปัจจัยเสี่ยงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานโดยเฉพาะความร้อน เสียงดัง แสงสว่าง และสารเคมีที่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพและอาจก่อให้เกิดโรคจากการทำงาน การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการจัดการด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมและการตรวจสุขภาพตามปัจจัยเสี่ยงเฉพาะโรคที่เกิดจากการทำงาน สำหรับบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย และพยาบาลประจำสถานประกอบการในโรงงานผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ยางฉนวนกันความร้อน วิธีดำเนินการศึกษา เป็นการศึกษาข้อมูลจากโรงงานผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ยางฉนวนกันความร้อน ได้แก่ กระบวนการผลิต ข้อมูลสิ่งคุกคามด้านสุขภาพอนามัย การจัดการด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย และทบทวนทฤษฎีและวรรณกรรม รวมทั้งกฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นดำเนินการจัดทำคู่มือ ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาคู่มือและให้ข้อเสนอแนะโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นทำการปรับปรุงตามข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อให้ได้คู่มือที่สมบูรณ์ยิ่งขึ้น ผลการศึกษา ได้คู่มือการจัดการด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม และการตรวจสุขภาพของโรงงานผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ฉนวนยางกันความร้อน มีเนื้อหา 5 บท ประกอบด้วย (1) ปัจจัยเสี่ยงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทางาน (2) การจัดการด้านสุขศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม (3) การตรวจสุขภาพตามปัจจัยเสี่ยงและการตรวจประจาปี (4) การจัดโปรแกรมการตรวจสุขภาพ (5) สมุดสุขภาพประจาตัวของลูกจ้าง
The production process of rubber insulation involves pressing, grinding, and mixing, which has environmental risk factors in the workplace, especially heat, noise, light and chemicals that are hazardous to health. These risk factors may lead to the employees' illnesses in the workplace. The purpose of this independent study was to prepare a guideline for industrial hygiene management and medical examination based on specific risk factors causing work-related diseases or conditions among health and safety personnel, including professional safety officers and nurses stationed in a rubber thermal insulation production factory. Data on production process, health hazards, and occupational health/safety management were collected from a synthetic rubber thermal insulation plant; and a literature review was undertaken on related laws and standards. The guideline was later prepared, reviewed, and evaluated by relevant experts and personnel, and then finalized accordingly. The finalized guideline for industrial hygiene management and medical examination that can be used in the rubber insulation production plant consists of five chapters: (1) environmental risk factors in the workplace; (2) industrial health management; (3) annual medical examination and medical examination based on risk factors; (4) medical examination program; and (5) employee's health record booklet.
