การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัทอินโนเวชั่นจังหวัดระยอง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการ เรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัทอินโนเวชั่น จังหวัดระยอง (2) จัดเรียงลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัทอินโนเวชั่น จังหวัดระยอง และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานกลุ่ม บริษัทอินโนเวชั่น จังหวัดระยอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นพนักงานรายวันของกลุ่มบริษัทอินโนเวชั่น จังหวัด ระยอง จำนวน 200 คนได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ดัชนีลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) พนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทอินโนเวชั่น จังหวัดระยอง มีความ ต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในระดับมากทุกด้าน (2) การจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นพบว่า ด้านสัญญาณเตือน และการ เตรียมการเกี่ยวกับภาวะฉุกเฉินเป็นพฤติกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างเร่งด่วนและ (3) ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานสำหรับพนักงานที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัย ด้านทักษะพิสัย ด้านจิตพิสัย ด้านระดับการศึกษา และด้านเพศ ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this study were to (1) conduct a needs assessment for development of learning on safety in work performance for employees of the Innovation Company Group in Rayong province; (2) set the priority of the needs for development of learning on safety in work performance for employees of the Innovation Company Group in Rayong province; and (3) study the causal factors of the needs for development of learning on safety in work performance for employees of the Innovation Company Group in Rayong province. The sample used in this study consisted of 200 daily employees of the Innovation Company Group in Rayong province, obtained by stratified sampling. The data collecting instrument was a sating scale questionnaire. Data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, modified index of needs priority (PNI), and multiple regression analysis. The research findings showed that (1) the employees of the Innovation Company Group in Rayong province had the needs for development of learning on safety in work performance at the high level in all aspects; (2) on needs prioritization, it was found that the needs for learning on emergency alarm and on preparation for emergency were on the top priority list; and (3) the causal factors for development of learning on safety in work performance for the employees which were significant at the .05 level were the psycho-motor domain factor, affective domain factor, educational level factor, and gender factor, respectively.
