Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 ก่อนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้นทานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 โรงเรียนรวมไทยพัฒนา 5 จังหวัดตาก ในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 29 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้นทาน 2) แบบทดสอบวัดความ32 เข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที่ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปี ที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการสอนอ่านภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้นทาน มีความเข้าใจในการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purpose of this research was to compare English reading comprehension abilities of Mathayom Suksa III students before and after learning by using fairy tales. The research sample consisted of 29 Mathayom Suksa III students of Ruamthai Phatthana 5 School in Tak Province during the first semester of the 2017 academic year, obtained by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were (1) learning management plans for teaching reading by using fairy tales, and (2) an English reading comprehension test. The data was analyzed with the use of mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings showed that the post-learning English reading comprehension ability of Mathayom Suksa III students who learned by using fairy tales was higher than their pre-learning counterpart ability at the .05 level of statistical significance.
