Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมแบบแปลงใหญ่อำเภอบ้านแพ้ว จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ในประเด็นต่อไปนี้ 1) สภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคม 2) การจัดการการผลิต 3) ความคิดเห็นของเกษตรกร และ 4) สภาพปัญหาและข้อเสนอของเกษตรกร ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอบ้านแพ้ว จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ที่ขอจัดตั้งกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่กับสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอ ปี 2559 - 2562 จำนวนทั้งหมด 102 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากประชากรทั้งหมดโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) เกษตรกรเป็นเพศชายและหญิงเท่ากัน ร้อยละ 50 อายุมากกว่า 60 ปี มีการศึกษาในระดับประถมศึกษา ประสบการณ์ปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมมากกว่า 20 ปี สมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4 ราย ทำการเกษตร 2 ราย มีการจ้างแรงงาน 1 ราย พื้นที่การเกษตรเฉลี่ย 19.33 ไร่ เป็นของตนเอง มีรายได้จากการปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมเป็นหลัก ใช้เงินทุนตนเองในการผลิต ต้นทุนอยู่ที่ 1,000 - 5,000 บาท/ไร่ 2) เกษตรกรปลูกมะพร้าวน้ำหอมแบบยกร่อง ใช้น้ำจืดจากธรรมชาติ ไม่วิเคราะห์ดิน ขุดหลุมปลูกขนาด 0.5x0.5x0.5 เมตร ระยะปลูกขนาด 6x6 เมตร จำนวน 40.18 ต้น/ไร่ ปลูกช่วงเดือน พ.ค. - ส.ค. แบบแถวเดี่ยว มะพร้าวน้ำหอมที่ปลูกคือพันธุ์ก้นจีบ คัดพันธุ์จากแปลงที่น่าเชื่อถือในพื้นที่ ใช้ต้นพันธุ์อายุ 2-4 เดือน มีการวิเคราะห์น้ำ ให้น้ำโดยใช้เรือพ่น ให้น้ำหลังปลูก 1 วันเฉลี่ย 5.13 ครั้ง/เดือน ใส่ปุ๋ยเฉลี่ย 4.92 ครั้ง/ปี เฉลี่ย 28.5 กก./ไร่ โดยหว่านรอบทรงพุ่ม กำจัดวัชพืชเฉลี่ย 2.74 ครั้ง/ปี ด้วยวิธีผสมผสาน พบด้วงแรด กระรอก มีการลอกเลนปีละ 1 ครั้ง ไม่นิยมปลูกพืชแซม ไม่ใส่เกลือในแปลงเก็บผลผลิตหลังปลูก 3 ปี เก็บทุก 20 วัน ขายผลสดผ่านพ่อค้าคนกลาง พ่อค้าเป็นผู้เก็บเกี่ยวและกำหนดราคา ผลผลิต (ปี 2562) เฉลี่ย 29,362.75 ผล/ไร่ ราคาเฉลี่ย 16.24 บาท/ผล ไม่ทำสัญญาซื้อขายและไม่สมทบทุนเข้ากลุ่ม มีการบันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต เกษตรกรเข้าร่วมโครงการเพราะเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐให้การสนับสนุนให้คำแนะนำ เกษตรกรคาดหวังการรวมกลุ่มจะช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิตได้ 3) เกษตรกรมีความคิดเห็นต่อความสำคัญของโครงการแปลงใหญ่มะพร้าวน้ำหอม การพัฒนาแปลงใหญ่ ทั้ง 5 ด้าน คือลดต้นทุน, เพิ่มผลผลิต, พัฒนาคุณภาพ, บริหารจัดการกลุ่ม, การตลาดและการดำเนินงานของนักส่งเสริมการเกษตร พบว่ามีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ปัญหาที่พบ คือต้นทุนการผลิตที่สูงขึ้น และการรวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรไม่เข้มแข็ง ควรให้เกษตรกรนำเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรมเป็นเครื่องมือในการลดต้นทุนการผลิต หน่วยงานภาครัฐให้ความสำคัญและมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้มแข็งของกลุ่มอย่างยั่งยืน
This research aimed to study 1) the socio-economic status 2) heir aromatic coconut production management; 3) agriculturists' opinions 4) problems and recommendations about aromatic coconut production management of large agricultural land plot at Ban Phaeo district, Samut Sakhon province. The population was 102 aromatic coconut farmers of large agricultural land plot at Ban Phaeo district, Samut Sakhon province participating in large agricultural land plot plantation, year 2016-2019. The results revealed that 1) about 50 % of the farmers equal between male and female, aged over 60 years, them had completed primary education, they had more than 20 years’ experience in aromatic coconut. The average of member in family were 4; 2 of them were farmers. They had to employ 1 worker. the average area of agricultural was 19.33 rai. The main income from the aromatic coconut; used their own money to produce about 1,000–5,000 bath/rai. 2) The farmer grew the aromatic coconut by raised groove. They used natural water, didn’t analyze the soil, dig a hole 0.5×0.5×0.5 m., spacing 6×6 m., about 40.18 tree/rai, grew in May-Aug with single row. The farmer grew the aromatic coconut in “Kon-Jeeb” They selected aromatic coconut form the believable in the area. The plant is 2-4 months old. There are water analysis and the use of the jet boat. The farmer has to water the plant after 1-day planting. It took 5.13 times/month. The plant requires the fertilizer 4.92 times/year. It is approximately 28.5 kg. /rai. It has to remove the weeds 2.74 times/year with the mixed method. The farmer found the coconut rhinoceros beetles and squirrels; dredge up mud 1 time/year; don’t like to grew another plant; don’t use the salt. Harvesting after 3 years planting, and harvests every 20 day. We sold the products through merchant middlemen, them self-harvesting and fix the price. The products in 2019 contains 29,362.75 per rai. The prices are approximately 16.24 bath/piece. no purchase contracts. There is no capital contribution to the group. Production information was recorded. The farmers attended the project because the government officers supported and gave an advice. The farmers expect that gathering as a group could help reduce the cost. 3) Farmers give an opinion to the importance of the Large Agricultural Project of Fragrant aromatic coconut in 5 opinions: The production cost reduction, productivity increase, product quality improvement, group management, marketing management. And the operations of agricultural extensionist found that the opinions were at a high level. 4) The problem was high production costs, and the group of farmers was not strong. Therefore, farmers should apply technology and innovation as a tool to reduce production costs. In addition, the government agencies should focus on the collaborative farming and sustainable group strengthening
