การยอมรับของชุมชนท้องถิ่นในกิจกรรมการหมายแนวเขตป่าอนุรักษ์บริเวณเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าตะเบาะ-ห้วยใหญ่ อำเภอหนองบัวแดง จังหวัดชัยภูมิ

Abstract

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวีตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานของราษฎรที่มีที่ดินทำกินติดกับเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าตะเบาะ-ห้วยใหญ่ 2) ศึกษาระดับการยอมรับของราษฎรในกิจกรรมการหมายแนวเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าตะเบาะ-ห้วยใหญ่ โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 3) ศึกษาความต้องการของราษฎรในการปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการหมายแนวโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนทำการสำรวจข้อมูลจากประชากรจำนวน 103 ครัวเรือน ซึ่งเป็นราษฎรทร่มีที่ดินทำกินติดกับเขตรักษาพันธุ์สัตว์ป่าตะเบาะ-ห้วยใหญ่ โดยสัมภาษณ์ประชากรทั้งหมด สถิติท่ีใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย สำหรับพรรณนาลักษณะทั่ว ไปของข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการในการปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการหมายแนวเขตโดยการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ผลการศึกษา จากการรวบรวมข้อมูลได้ทั้งหมด 93 ครัวเรือน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.29 โดยเป็นเพศชายมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.12 มีช่วงอายุที่มากที่สุดคือ ช่วงอายุระหว่าง 41 - 60 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.82 การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษามากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.82 จำแนกตามบทบาททางสังคม พบว่าไม่มีบทบาท มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 75.27 รายได้รวมต่อปีมากกว่า 150,000 บาท มีจำนวนมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 38.71 ส่วนใหญ่มีที่ดินที่ครอง 10 - 25 ไร่มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.84 ซึ่งระดับการยอมรับกิจกรรมการหมายแนวเขต มีระดับ การยอมรับอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.84 มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.40 สำหรับความต้องการขอราษฎรในการปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการหมายแนวเขตส่วนใหญ่ต้องการสัญลักษณ์แนวเขตที่ชัดเจนและถาวร ต้องการให้มีการจัดตั้ง คณะกรรมการร่วมในการดำเนินการ รวมทั้งต้องการให้ราษฎรเข้าร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนและมีการตรวจสอบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ

The study was aimed to 1) Study the data of villagers whose lands were adjacent to Taboa-Huaiyai Wildlife Sanctuary, 2) Study the acceptance level from villagers whose lands were adjacent to Taboa-Huaiyai Wildlife Sanctuary, which the boundary was delineated through community participation process, 3) Study the requirement improve from the villagers in the boundary was delineated through community participation process. The methodology used in the study was a questionnaire to collect a data by interviewing all individuals of 103 households. The collected data was analyzed by statistic using a percentage, an average value (mean), for describe the data and analyzed the requirement improve of villagers in the boundary was delineated through community participation process. Which the study collected data 93 households (90.29%). The findings were that majority of villagers are male (73.12%) at the age of 41-60 years old (68.82%), the highest level of education was a primary level (68.82%), almost of them have no social role (75.27%), income more than 150,000 Bath per year (38.71%) size of land hold per household are 10-25 Rai, which there was 54.84 %. The results of acceptance level of the Taboa-Huaiyai Wildlife Sanctuary was most (54.84%) and an average value 4.40, the requirement improve of the villagers in the boundary was delineated through community participation process can summarize was making boundary symbol is permanent, establishment committee to cooperate with the staff, give the villagers attends in every the step and there is checking with always.
