Abstract
การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการใช้สารสนเทศของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 5 2) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการใช้สารสนเทศของผู้บริหารการพยาบาลระดับหัวหน้ากลุ่มการพยาบาล และหัวหน้างานการพยาบาล และ 3) เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของการใช้สารสนเทศระหว่างผู้บริหารการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลที่ผ่านการรับรองและไม่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตสุขภาพที่ 5 ระดับ หัวหน้ากลุ่มการพยาบาลและหัวหน้างานการพยาบาล จำนวน 205 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามการใช้สารสนเทศของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล ซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจำนวน 14 ข้อ และส่วนที่ 2 การใช้สารสนเทศของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล จำนวน 21 ข้อ แบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ 1) การดูแลผู้ป่วย จำนวน 10 ข้อ 2) การบริหารการพยาบาล จำนวน 6 ข้อ และ 3) การสื่อสาร จำนวน 5 ข้อ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 เท่ากับ 0.8 นำเครื่องมือไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 30 คน ได้ค่าความเที่ยง 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละและสถิติแมนวิทนีย์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลมีการใช้สารสนเทศ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านในระดับมาก 2) หัวหน้ากลุ่มการพยาบาลและหัวหน้างานการพยาบาลมีการใช้สารสนเทศ โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อวิเคราะห์รายด้าน พบว่า หัวหน้างานมีการใช้สารสนเทศด้านการดูแลผู้ป่วยสูงกว่าหัวหน้ากลุ่มการพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3) ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลที่ยังไม่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพมีการใช้สารสนเทศสูงกว่าผู้บริหารการพยาบาลของโรงพยาบาลที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to study the level of using information of nursing administrators in Community Hospitals, Health Region 5, (2) to compare the difference of using information between heads of nursing departments and nurse supervisors, and (3) to compare the difference of using information between nurse administrators of certified and non-certified community hospitals. The sample included 205 nurse administrators: head of nursing department and nurse supervisors of the Community Hospital, Health Region 5 . Questionnaires were used as the research tool, developed by the researcher, and consisted of 2 sections. The first was personal information (14 items). The second was focused on using information of nursing administrators, and this sections were divided into 3 sub-sections: patient care (10 items), nursing management (6 items), and communication (5 items). Content validity of the instrument was verified by 5 experts. Content validity index of the second section was 0.8. The reliability was 0.92. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Mann-Whitney U Test. The results were as follows: (1) Nursing administrators of Community Hospital totally used information at the high level. (2) There were no significantly difference between the overall information use of heads of nursing departments and nurse supervisors at the level 0.05 (p >.05), but the nurse supervisors rated higher information use in patient care subscale than the heads.(p< .05).
