การพัฒนาระบบการเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูน จังหวัดพิจิตร

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูน จังหวัดพิจิตร 2) พัฒนาระบบเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูน และ 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมในการนำระบบเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้ในโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูน กลุ่มตัวอย่างระยะศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของบุคลากรเป็นบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูนตั้งแต่ 1 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 119 คน และระยะประเมินความเหมาะสมในการนำระบบเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้เป็นผู้บริหารและบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูนและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านความปลอดภัย รวมจำนวน 18 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของระบบเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นระหว่าง 0.63-0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าบุคลากรมีความรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีทัศนคติความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับดี และมีพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยพบค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานต่ำสุดในพฤติกรรมการทำงานแบบเร่งรีบ การใช้เครื่องมือที่ชำรุด และการออกแรงยกสิ่งที่มีน้ำหนักมากระบบเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานได้พัฒนาขึ้นในตามแนวคิดของโดนาบีเดียนโดยปรับปรุงด้านโครงสร้าง กระบวนการ และผลลัพธ์ของระบบการรักษาความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของโรงพยาบาลวังทรายพูน การประเมินระบบเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่พัฒนาขึ้นพบว่ามีความเหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้ในสถานการณ์จริงและสอดคล้องกับนโยบายความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยและบุคลากรสาธารณสุขที่โรงพยาบาลกำลังดำเนินการอยู่

This research was a descriptive research with the purposes 1) to study knowledge, attitude, and occupational safety behaviors of health personnel at Wang Sai Phun Hospital; 2) to develop a system to enhance occupational safety behaviors at Wang Sai Phun Hospital and 3) to evaluate the appropriateness of the system developed for enhancing occupational safety behaviors at Wang Sai Phun Hospital. The sample group for the first phase (studying knowledge, attitude and occupational safety behaviors) was 119 health personnel who had been working at Wang Sai Phun Hospital for more than one year. For the evaluation phase, a total of 1 8 executives, health personnel, and safety experts were employed to evaluate the appropriateness of the system developed to enhance occupational safety behaviors. The study tools for data collection were a Safety Behavior Questionnaire and a checklist for evaluating the appropriateness of the developed occupational safety system, with a confidence value between 0.63-0.86. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The results of this research revealed that health personnel had a moderate level of knowledge about safety at work and a good level of working safety attitude. They also reported that their overall occupational safety behaviors were at the high level. The lowest mean scores for occupational safety behaviors were for hurried behavior, working with defective tools, and the exertion of lifting heavy things. The developed system was designed based on the concept of Donabedian in order to improve structure, process and outputs of the occupational safety system at Wang Sai Phun Hospital. The evaluation of the developed system concluded that the developed system is appropriate for practice in the real situation and is congruent with the patient and personnel safety policy that the hospital is working on.
