การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน
ในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่พิเศษ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารกับครูเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของ
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่
พิเศษ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอนใน
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 จำนวน 335 คนจำแนกเป็น
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 70 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 265 คนซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยง .97
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการสร้าง
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และ
ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ทั้งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) ผู้บริหาร
สถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของ
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชนในเขตพื้นที่พิเศษ สังกัด
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาตาก เขต 2 ด้านการเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับ
ชุมชนและหน่วยงานอื่น ด้านงานเกี่ยวกับคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา และโดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน

The objectives of this research were to: (1) study the roles of administrators on the creation of relationship between school and community in the special area under the Office of Tak Educational Service Area 2; and (2) compare the opinions of administrators and teachers on the roles of administrators on the creation of relationship between school and community in the special area under the Office of Tak Educational Service Area 2. The research sample consisted of 335 randomly selected administrators and teachers in basic education schools under the Office of Tak Educational Service Area 2, classified into 70 school administrators and 265 teachers. The employed data collecting instrument was a rating scale with reliability of .97. Statistical procedures for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings were that (1) both the overall and by-aspect roles of administrators on the creation of relationship between school and community in the special area under the Office of Tak Educational Service Area 2, according to opinions of the administrators and teachers, were at the high level; and (2) the administrators and teachers in basic education schools differed significantly at the .05 level in their opinions on the overall role of administrators on the creation of relationship between school and community in the special area under the Office of Tak Educational Service Area 2, and on the role aspects of creation of relationships between the school and the community and other agencies, and work concerning the school board
