Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพทั่วไปของสมาชิก และการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจ 2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจ และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรปฏิรูปที่ดินบ้านต้นมะพร้าว จำกัด จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ สมาชิกสหกรณ์การเกษตรปฏิรูปที่ดินบ้านต้นมะพร้าว จำกัด จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 294 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบที เอฟ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมาชิกสหกรณ์ส่วนใหญ่เพศหญิง อายุ 51 ปี ขึ้นไป รายได้น้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 30,000 บาท การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา เป็นสมาชิก 16 ปี ขึ้นไป การรับรู้ข้อมูล ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์รับรู้จากเจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์มากที่สุด การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของ สมาชิก ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ การดำเนินงาน การมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ และการควบคุมตรวจสอบ 2) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ และการดำเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ การมีส่วนร่วมในผลประโยชน์ การควบคุมตรวจสอบ อยู่ในระดับน้อย การเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ พบว่า เพศ อายุ ระยะเวลาการเป็นสมาชิก และการรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสหกรณ์ ที่แตกต่างกัน มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนิน ธุรกิจของสหกรณ์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วน ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ ที่แตกต่างกัน ระดับการมี ส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญในการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินธุรกิจของของสหกรณ์ได้แก่ ให้สหกรณ์มีสินค้าจำหน่ายให้สมาชิกที่หลากหลายครอบคลุมความต้องการของสมาชิกสหกรณ์และราคาถูกกว่าท้องตลาด ให้สหกรณ์จัดตั้งประชาสัมพันธ์ประจำ กลุ่มสมาชิก และรับซื้อผลผลิตของสมาชิกในราคาสูงกว่าท้องตลาดและจ่ายเป็นเงินสดทุกวัน
The objectives of this study were 1) the personal factors of members of Bantonmapraw Land Reform Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. in Surat Thani Province and their participation in the cooperative operation; 2) the level of their participation in the cooperative operation; and 3) their suggestions on the participation in the cooperative operation of the cooperative members. The population in this study was the members of Bantonmapraw Land Reform Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. in Surat Thani Province. 294 samples were selected from these members. The data collecting process was answering questionnaires which used 5-level of estimation. The statistical methodology used to analyze the data by computer programs were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test and content analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: 1) most of the studied members were female, aged 51 or over. Their income was less than or equal to 30,000 Baht. They were educated at primary level. The period of their being a cooperative member was 16 years or more. They had received the information on the cooperative from cooperative officials at the most level. Considering their participation in the cooperative operation, it was found that they participated in the operation in the aspect of decision-making, the cooperative operation, the benefit receiving, and the supervision. 2) their participation in the cooperative operation was generally at medium level and their participation in decision-making and cooperative operation was at medium level, while their participation in benefit receiving and supervision was at a little level. Considering the relations between their personal factors and the level of their participation in the cooperative operation, it was found that members whose gender, age, period of being a cooperative member, and cooperative information receiving were different had the difference of the level of their participation in the cooperative operation at statistical significance, while the ones whose education level and income were different had no difference of the level of their participation in the cooperative operation at statistical significance. And 3) their important suggestions on the participation in the cooperative operation were as follows: The cooperative should have supplied various agricultural produce to the cooperative members at lower price than the market price to meet the members’demand, the cooperative should have set public relations for each member group, and the cooperative should have bought the members’ agricultural produce at higher price than the market price and paid in cash every day.
