การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศบนเว็บเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารสำนักงาน : กรณีศึกษาสำนักงานคณบดี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศบนเว็บเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหาร สำนักงานคณบดี คณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นครอบคลุมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ งานข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ งานสารบรรณ งานทะเบียน ครุภัณฑ์ และงานสำรองใช้ห้องประชุม รถยนต์ และอุปกรณ์โสตทัศน์ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนา วิธีการพัฒนาระบบใช้หลักการของวงจรการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เริ่มจากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของระบบ โดยสัมภาษณ์บุคลากรของสำนักงานคณบดี ทั้งระดับบริหารและระดับปฏิบัติการจำนวน 16 คน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบใหม่ การพัฒนาระบบดำเนินการภายใต้ระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP โดยใช้โปรแกรมภาษา ASP.net โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server และโปรแกรม Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition ผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศบนเว็บที่สามารถสนับสนุนการบริหารสำนักงานคณบดีได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ จากการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้พบว่า ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อการนำเข้าข้อมูล การแสดงผลข้อมูล และภาพรวมของระบบอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งสามด้าน

The purpose of the research was to develop a web-based information system for office management support at the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The information system covered 4 groups of data, i.e., public relations, record keeping, fixed assets, and reservation of meeting rooms, vehicles, and media equipment. This study was research and development. The system development life cycle methodology was used, starting with preliminary study conducted through interviewing 16 staff members, both at the managerial and operational levels. The analysis and design of the new system were carried out accordingly. ASP.net, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition under Microsoft Windows XP operating system were used as development tools. The result showed that the newly-developed web-based information system could efficiently support the Dean’s office management. The evaluation revealed that most users were highly satisfied with the system in all three aspects, i.e., inputting, reporting and the overall system.
