วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง การวิเคราะห์นโยบายการท่องเที่ยวของกองทัพบก ศึกษากรณีค่ายสมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ (1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์นโยบายการท่องเที่ยวในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบก ค่ายสมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถ จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ในด้านการกำหนดนโยบาย การนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ และการประเมินผลนโยบาย (2) ศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคของการดำเนินการตามนโยบายการท่องเที่ยวในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบก ค่ายสมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถ (3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนานโยบายการท่องเที่ยาในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบก ค่ายสมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถ จังหวัดพิษณุโลกการวิจัยใช้วิธิการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฎิบัติงานการท่องเที่ยวในหน่วยทหาร ค่ายสมเด็จพระเอกาทศรถ จังหวัดพิษณุโลกจำนวน 65 คนและผู้เข้ารับบริการการท่องเที่ยวจำนวน 278 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (๑) ด้านการกำหนดนโยบายได้นำนโยบายของรัฐมาเป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดนโยบาย ด้านการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ พบว่า การดำเนินการส่วนใหญ่มีความเหมาะสม ด้านการประเมินผลนโยบายพบว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความคิดเห็นว่านโยบายประสบผลสำเร็จบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ และการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการพบว่าส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจเกือบทุกด้านที่ให้บริการ (๒) ปัญหาที่พบคือการกำหนดนโยบายไม่ได้ศึกษาความต้องการที่แท้จริงของประชาขน ควรมีงบประมาณสนับสนุนอย่างชัดเจนและควรเพิ่มการอบรมให้ความรู้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ (๓) ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนานโยบายส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบกนี้ ควรมีการศึกษานโยบายการท่องเที่ยวของชาติให้มีความชัดเจนเพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนานโยบายการท่องเที่ยวในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบก
This study is an analysis of tourism in army camp policy: a case study of Eakatossarod Camp , Phitsanulok . The purposes of this study were (1) to analyze of tourism in army camp policy : a case study of Eakatossarod Camp , Phitsanulok about determining , applying , and evaluating the policy ; (2) to study problems , obstacles of proceeding on the of tourism in army camp policy : a case study of Eakatossarod Camp , Phitsanulok ; and (3) to response the concept of developing analyze of tourism in army camp policy : a case study of Eakatossarod Camp , Phitsanulok . This research was a quantitative and qualitative researches . There are 2 representative samples . First group, they were 65 officers who work for tourism in army camp policy : Eakatossarod Camp , Phitsanulok . The second group were 278 people who take the advantage of the policy . The data analysis was used by the computer program. The results of research ,(1) it was found that determining the tourism in army camp policy using the government’s policy for this concept. For the implementation , it was very appropriate . For evaluating , it found that most of the representative samples thought that this policy was very good , most of the officers thought that this policy was successful as the purposes . For the satisfaction of representative samples , they were satisfied with the service of policy .(2) For the problem , it was found that the policy was determinied without understanding problems or people‘s real demands , it should had the budget directed support to the policy and officers who work for should be trained more in order to offer better service (3) Suggestions for developing the tourism in army camp policy : a case study of Eakatossarod Camp , Phitsanulok , we should study and analyze clearly the national tourism policy and apply this research to determine the tourism in army camp policy.
