Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างแบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติการเปิดทางเดินหายใจ
และช่วยหายใจของนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาล และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพแบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติการเปิดทางเดินหายใจ และช่วยหายใจนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาลกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาลสังกัดคณะแพทยศาสตรศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 35 คน ซึ่งใช้วิธีเลือก
แบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ (1) แบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติการเปิดทางเดินหายใจและช่วยหายใจของนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาล (2) แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติการเปิดทางเดินหายใจและช่วยหายใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน และการทดสอบค่าทีผลการศึกษาพบว่า แบบวัดทักษะปฏิบัติการเปิดทางเดินหายใจและช่วยหายใจของนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาล มีดัชนีความสอดคล้องความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ตั้งแต่ 0.86-1.00 ความตรงเชิงเหมือนซึ่งคำนวณจากการหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนทฤษฎีกับคะแนนปฏิบัติเท่ากับ 0.035 (t = 0.841) หลังจากฝึกปฏิบัติผ่านไปเป็นระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ค่าความสัมพันธ์เพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 0.363 (t = 0.032) ความตรงเชิงจำแนกคำนวณจากความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนของแบบทดสอบสูติศาสตร์กับคะแนนปฏิบัติการเปิดทางเดินหายใจและช่วยหายใจมีค่าเท่ากับ -0.009 (t = 0.960) ความตรงเชิงจำแนกโดยเทคนิคกลุ่มรู้ชัด พบว่ากลุ่มเก่ง มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนประเมินการปฏิบัติสูงกว่ากลุ่มอ่อนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 (t = 4.407, p = 0.01) ความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินโดยการวัดซ้ำ พบว่าคะแนนการวัดครั้งที่ 1 สัมพันธ์กับคะแนนการวัดครั้งที่ 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.01 (r = 0.921, p =0.000) ความเที่ยงของการให้คะแนนโดยผู้ประเมิน 2 คน มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 (r = 0.975, t = 0.000)
The purposes of this study were (1) to develop a performance assessment scale on open airway with bag mask ventilation by nurse anesthetist students; and (2) to assess the quality of the developed performance assessment scale on open airway with bag mask ventilation. The research sample consisted of 35 purposively selected nurse anesthetist students of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital in the 2011 academic year. The employed research instruments consisted of (1) a performance assessment scale on open airway with bag mask ventilation by nurse anesthetist students, and (2) an achievement test to measure knowledge and skills on open airway with bag mask ventilation. The statistics used included the percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and t-test. The findings of the study were as follows: The content validity of the open airway with bag mask ventilation performance assessment scale as measured by the index of congruency ranged from 0.86 to 1.00. The relationship between achievement scores on open airway with bag mask ventilation and the scores on performance assessment on open airway with bag mask ventilation was 0.035 (t = 0.841). However, after 6 months of the training, the correlation increased to 0.363 (t = 0.032), which indicated acceptable convergence validity. The discriminant validity as measured by correlating the obstetric test score and performance assessment score on open airway with bag mask ventilation was -0.009 (t = 0.960). The construct validity as measured by the known case group technique showed that the high achievement group had significantly higher performance assessment scores than those of the low achievement group (t = 4.407, p = 0.01). The test-retest reliability was 0.921 (p = 0.000). The inter-rater reliability obtained by correlating scores of two raters was 0.975 (p = 0.000)
