Abstract
เป้าหมายของการดำเนินงานด้านสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญที่สุดก็เพื่อการมีสุขภาพดีถ้วนหน้า
ของประชาชนในชาติ และสามารถดำรงอยู่ได้ในชีวิตประจำวันโดยการให้ประชาชน มีความรู้ความ
เข้าใจและทักษะปฏิบัติในการดูแลสุขภาพที่ถูกต้องด้วยตนเอง แต่ปัจจุบันยังพบว่าสาเหตุการตาย
ของทารกยังสูงอยู่ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่ามารดายังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจและทักษะในการบริบาล
ทารก ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงได้พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การบริบาลทารกขึ้นเพื่อแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าว
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ เพื่อสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมตามระบบชุดการสอน
แผนจุฬาแบบประกอบการบรรยาย เรื่องการบริบาลทารกสำหรับมารดาในจังหวัดภาคเหนือ ให้มี
ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 และมีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนรู้ จากการใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมโดย
เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ระหว่างก่อนและหลังอบรม ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
"การบริบาลโดยผู้รับการฝึกอบรมและวิทยากรมีความคิดเห็นในทางบวกต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง
ทารก" กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมเป็นมารดาอายุ 15-44 ปีที่มี
บุตรอายุ 0-1 ปี และจบการศึกษาอย่างต่ำชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ในเขตตำบลแม่งอน อำเภอฝาง
จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1)
ชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง "การบริบาลทารก" ซึ่งพัฒนาตามระบบชุดการสอนแผนจุฬาแบบประกอบการ
บรรยาย จำนวน 6 หน่วยได้แก่เรื่องแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการบริบาลทารก การดูแลสุขภาพทารก
โภชนาการสำหรับทารก การเจริญเติบโตและพัฒนาการสำหรับทารก การสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรค
แก่ทารกและโรคและปัญหาที่พบในทารก 2) แบบทดสอบก่อนอบรมและหลังอบรมแบบคู่ขนาน
และ 3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมและวิทยากรที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ชุดฝึกอบรมที่สร้างขึ้นทั้ง 6 หน่วยมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 ผู้เข้า
อบรมมีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนรู้ จากชุดฝึกอบรมโดยผลสัมฤทธิ์หลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรม
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้เข้าอบรมและวิทยากรชอบการอบรมจากชุดอบรมใน

The goals of the Ministry of Public Health is the health for all people in the nation and in carrying on their own daily life with knowledge, understanding, and skill for primary health care. At present, data of infant death is skill high indicating that the lacking of knowledge, understanding and skill for infant nursing care of the mothers. Therefore, in order to diminish such deficiency, the researcher 's purpose was to develop training packages, in accordance with Chula Plan, on the "Infantile nursing" The purposes of the study were as follows: 1) to develop the 80/80 criterion - standard training packages, using in Chula Plan, on the "Infantile nursing" for Mothers in the Northern Province 2) to investigate the learner progression of learning from the training packages, at the 0.05 level of statistical significance and 3) to investigate the learner and trainers attitude towards the training packages on the "Infantile nursing" Thirty subjects employed in testing the efficiency of the training packages were mother aging between fifteen to forty - four and at least finished Prathom Suksa four in Tumbol Maegon, Amphur Fang, Chiang-mai. The sampling method used was the convenient one. The instruments used in the study were: 1) six unit training packages on the "Infantile Nursing", developed in accordance with Chula Plan, were Infantile Nursing Concept, Infantile Nursing Care, Infantile nutrition, Infantile growth and development, Immunization for infantile and diseases and problems found in infantile, 2) the parallel pre and post - tests and 3) the ten - items close - ended questionnaires to investigate the learner and trainers opinions towards the training packages on the "Infantile nursing." The findings were that the efficiency of the six unit training packages efficiency met the set 80/80 criterion-standard the mean of the learners post-test was statistically higher than the mean of pre-test at the .05 level of significance, and that the learners preferred learning from the developed training packages.
