ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จังหวัดนราธิวาส

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนราธิวาส (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนราธิวาส (3) เปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพ การปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนราธิวาส จําแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพกับระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนราธิวาส การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสํารวจ ประชากรในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานการไฟฟ้า ส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนราธิวาส จํานวน 125 คน จากประชากรทั้งหมดในการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าของลิเคิร์ท สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดนราธิวาสในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จังหวัดนราธิวาส ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบ ผลการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค จังหวัดนราธิวาส จําแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ รายได้ ประสบการณ์การทํางาน ตําแหน่ง และหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (4) ด้านความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานกับระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานพบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันในระดับสูง

The Objectives of this study were: (1) to study the level of performance efficiency of employees at Provincial Electricity Authority, Narathiwat Provinces; (2) to study factors affecting performance of Provincial Electricity Authority, Narathiwat Provinces employees; (3) to compare performance of Provincial Electricity Authority, Narathiwat Provinces employees distinguished by personal aspects; and (4) to study the relationship between factors affecting performance efficiency and level of employees performance at Provincial Electricity Authority, Narathiwat Provinces. The population and sampling using in this survey study were 125 employees of Provincial Electricity Authority, Narathiwat Provinces; The research instrument was a Likert’s questionnaire. The statistical procedures for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s Correction Coefficient. The results of this study were: (1) efficiency performance of employees was at the high level in overall employees; (2) the factors affecting performance in overall were at the high level; (3) In comparison of employees performance as distinguished by personal aspects the results showed that gender, age, income, work experience, position, and work division were not statistically significant difference at level of 0.05; and (4) the relationship between factors affecting performance and levels of employees performance was in the same direction and at high strength of relationship.
