แนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิกผักอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกรอำเภอชุมตาบาง จังหวัดนครสวรรค์

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานทั่วไป ด้านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร 2) สภาพการผลิตผักของเกษตรกร 3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ 4) ความต้องการและแนวทางการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักอินทรีย์ของเกษตรกร ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) เกษตรกรร้อยละ 53.5 เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 51.83 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการปลูกผักเฉลี่ย 7.25 ปี ร้อยละ 46.8 เป็นกลุ่มสมาชิก ธ.ก.ส. พื้นที่ปลูกผักเฉลี่ย 4.48 ไร่ รายได้จากการจาหน่ายผัก เฉลี่ย 86,505.56 บาทต่อปี ชนิดผักที่ปลูกมากที่สุด ได้แก่ พริก ร้อยละ 20.7 แหล่งได้รับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับเกษตรอินทรีย์ส่วนใหญ่มาจากผู้นา ในหมู่บ้าน 2) สภาพการผลิตผัก พบว่า เกษตรกรปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ เมล็ดพันธุ์และส่วนที่ใช้ขยายพันธุ์ เกษตรกรปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับน้อย ได้แก่ การจัดการและการปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน พื้นที่ การบันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต และการทวนสอบเกษตรกรส่วนใหญ่ปฏิบัติในระดับน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ การแสดงฉลากและการกล่าวอ้าง 3) เกษตรกรระบุว่ามีปัญหาการขาดแคลนแหล่งน้ำ ทุน การวางแผนการผลิตการตลาด การรวมกลุ่มการผลิต และข้อเสนอแนะต้องการการสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในด้านปัจจัยการผลิต ความรู้และข่าวสาร 4) ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตผักตามมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความต้องการการส่งเสริมความรู้ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การวางแผนการจัดการกระบวนการผลิต การจัดการและการปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน การจัดการศัตรูพืช การบันทึกข้อมูลการผลิตและการตลาด ผ่านสื่อบุคคลจากรัฐบาลและสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์จากโทรทัศน์ และความต้องการวิธีการส่งเสริมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกช่องทาง แนวทางการส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรผลิตผักอินทรีย์ คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมการเกษตรบูรณาการร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง สร้างองค์ความรู้การปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานเกษตรอินทรีย์ วางแผนการผลิตแบบครบวงจรตั้งแต่กระบวนการผลิต การแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ ถึงกระบวนการตลาด การประชาสัมพันธ์องค์ความรู้ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ การพัฒนาเกษตรกรต้นแบบและจัดทาแปลงเรียนรู้การผลิตผักอินทรีย์ การจัดกิจกรรมทัศนศึกษารวมทั้งการรวมกลุ่มและการสร้างเครือข่ายการผลิตผักอินทรีย์

The objectives of this research were to study 1) General basic social and economic conditions information of farmers 2) vegetable production conditions of farmers 3) problems and suggestions for farmers organic vegetable production 4) needs and extension guidelines in organic vegetable production of farmers in Chum Ta Bong district, Nakhon Sawan province. The population of this study was 132 vegetable production farmer s in Chum Ta Bong district, Nakhon Sawan province from the survey in September, 2019. The sample size of 99 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error level of 0.05 and simple random sampling method by using lotto. Data was collected through conducting interview and was analyzed by using descriptive analysis such as frequency, percentage, minimum value, maximum value, standard deviation, ranking, and content analysis. The research results revealed that 1) 53.5% of farmers were female with the average age of 51.83 years and completed primary school education. 70.7% of farmers had the average experience in vegetable production of 7.25 years. 46.8% of them were members of Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) with the average vegetable production area of 4.48 Rai. The average income from vegetable production was 86,505.56 Baht per year. The most popular type of vegetable grown was chilies. 20.7% of farmers mostly received the information about organic agriculture from leader of the village. 2) In regards to vegetable production, it revealed that farmers adhered to organic standard practice in the high level in the aspects such as seeds and parts for propagation. The farmers implemented the practice at the low level in the area such as of soil management aspect, area, production records aspect, the verification aspect. The farmers practiced at the lowest level in the area such as of labeling and claiming aspect. 3) Farmers identified that they faced with the problems on the lack of water resources, funding, production planning, marketing, production group formation. For the extension, they wanted to receive the support from various agencies regarding production factor, knowledge, and news. 4) The needs for vegetable production extension according to the organic standard showed that farmers wanted to receive the following knowledge at the high level: planning in production processes, management and soil modification, pest control, production data recording, and marketing through personal media from government and electronic media from television And the need for extension methods is at a high level in every channel. For the need in the extension regarding organic vegetable production, it revealed that the officers integrated the work with the related agencies to create knowledge for practice according to organic agricultural standard , to plan full production cycle from production process, product processing, to marketing process, to promote knowledge through various media channels, the development of role model farmers and the creation of organic vegetable production learning crops, the organization of field trip activities, along with the group formation and networking of organic vegetable production
