Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการหลังการขายของบริษัทเมืองกาญจน์ฮอนด้าออโตโมบิลจำกัด(2)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ หลังการขายกับคุณภาพการให้บริการของบริษัท เมืองกาญจน์ ฮอนด้าออโตโมบิล จำกัด (3) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการของบริษัท เมืองกาญจน์ ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล จำกัด การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือผู้ใช้บริการหลังการขาย จำนวน 814 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ จากผู้มาใช้บริการหลังการขายจำนวน 268 คน ของ บริษัท เมืองกาญจน์ ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล จำกัด โดยใช้ตารางการสุ่มของ ทาโร่ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติแบบพรรณนา คือ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน คือ แบบทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1)คุณภาพการให้บริการของ บริษัท เมืองกาญจน์ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล จำกัด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการเข้าถึงบริการ ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ด้านความสามารถ ด้านความมีไมตรีจิต ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ ด้านความไว้วางใจ ด้านความกระตือรือร้น ด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านลักษณะทางกายภาพที่สัมผัสได้ ด้านความเข้าใจอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการหลังการขายกับคุณภาพการให้บริการ พบว่า ปัจจัยต้านเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และรุ่นรถยนต์ที่ใช้ในปัจจุบัน มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพการให้บริการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนสถานภาพไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพการให้บริการ (3) ปัญหาในด้านคุณภาพการให้บริการ คือ การเข้าถึงบริการ ที่มีจำนวนพนักงานให้บริการไม่เพียงพอกับจำนวนของลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ จึงเสนอแนะให้เพิ่ม บุคลากรในการให้บริการ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ ปัญหาด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ลูกค้า ได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารไม่ทั่วถึง จึงเสนอแนะให้มีการใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารที่ทันสมัย ในการ ประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสารกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมการตลาดให้มากขึ้นและพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญ ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสาร เพื่อติดต่อลูกค้าให้สะดวกและรวดเร็วขึ้น
The objectives of this study were (1) to examine the level of after-sale service quality of Muangkan Honda Automobile Company Limited; (2) to study the relations between personal factors of after-sales customers and the service quality of Muangkan Honda Automobile Company Limited; and (3) to investigate the problems and give recommendations of service quality of Muangkan Honda Automobile Company Limited. The total population of this survey research was 814 customers. The sample was 268 customers of Muangkan Honda Automobile Company Limited collected by using Taro Yamane random table. The data gathering tool was a constructed questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, standard deviation and the inferential statistic: chi-square. The results showed that (1) the service quality of Muangkan Honda Automobile Company Limited was overall at a high level. As for individual aspects, it was found that service accessibility, communication, ability, hospitality, credibility, trust, enthusiasm, safety, physical attribute and understanding were at a high level; (2) the relations between personal factor of after-sales customer and service quality revealed that gender, age, educational level, occupation, average income per month and car model were significantly related to service quality at 0.05 level, while marital status was not related to service quality; and (3) the problems of service quality was to get access to the service due to inadequate staff; therefore, the company should increase staff in order to improve the quality of service. As for the problem of communication, it indicated that the information was not widely disseminated, so advanced communication technology was recommended to be used for more public relations and promotion. In addition, the staff's on using advanced communication technology should be developed in order to contact customers faster.
