Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์การก้าวผ่านภาวะวิกฤตของ ผู้ต้องโทษประหารชีวิตในเรือนจำกลางบางขวาง จังหวัดนนทบุรี การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพตามแนวคิดปรากฏการวิทยาเชิงตีความ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คืออดีตผู้ต้องโทษประหารชีวิตจำนวน 6 ราย และเป็นผู้ที่กำลังต้องโทษประหารชีวิต จำนวน 2 ราย รวม 8 ราย ได้มาโดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัย เพื่อตอบวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ประสบการณ์การก้าวผ่านภาวะวิกฤตของผู้ต้องโทษประหารชีวิต ในเรือนจำกลางบางขวาง จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นหลัก ได้แก่ ประเด็นหลักที่ 1 และหลังชีวิต ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นรอง ซึ่งมีอิทธิพลต่อการบ่มเพาะแนวคิดการดำเนินชีวิต คือ (1) ครอบครัว (2) การศึกษา (3) กลุ่มเพื่อน และ (4) อาชีพการงาน ประเด็นหลักที่ 2 พลาดผิดจ่อมจม ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นรอง คือ (1) ถูกจับจนได้ (2) ตั้งทนายสู้คดี และ (3) สุดท้ายที่ประหารชีวิต ประเด็นหลักที่ 3 สร้างสมประสบการณ์ ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นรอง คือ (1) มหาลัย’ชีวิต และ (2) เกาะติดลมหายใจ และประเด็นหลักที่ 4 ก้าวผ่านทะเลทุกข์ ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นรอง คือ (1) พ่อผู้ให้ และ (2) ยาใจคนฑัณฑ์
The purpose of this research was to study the experiences of stepping through crisis condition of prisoners sentenced to death in Bang kwang Central Prison in Nonthaburi province. This was qualitative research via interpretative phenomenology interpretative notion. Informants were 8 Prisoners, 6 former prisoners sentenced to death and 2 at present prisoners sentenced to death, obtained from purposive sampling according to assigned criteria. An Instruments used for data collection was in-depth interview from. Data was analyzed by content analysis. Inductive conclusion was used to answer the research objective. The research results revealed that the experiences of stepping through crisis condition of prisoners sentenced to death in Bang kwang Central Prison in Nonthaburi province composed of 4 main issues. Main issue l:look back on life; composed of 4 sub-issues which influenced on inculcating concept of way of life which were(1) family(2) education(3) friends’ group, and(4) occupation. Main issue 2: mistaken; composed of 3 sub-issues which were (1) was arrested (2) appointed lawyer to defend lawsuit, and (3) final at execute. Main issue3: built up experience; composed of 2sub-issues which were (1) university of life and (2) hang onto breath. Main issue 4: stepping through the sea of bitterness composed of 2sub-issues which were (1) father as giver and (2) beloved of prisoners.
