Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) คุณลักษณะของร้านค้าปลีกในเขตเทศบาล เมืองมุกดาหารในการตัดสินใจใช้บริการคิวอาร์โค้ด (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของร้านค้าปลีกกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการคิวอาร์โค้ด และ (3) คุณลักษณะ ของร้านค้าปลีกกับปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการคิวอาร์โค้ด การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ร้านค้าปลีกที่อยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองมุกดาหาร อำเภอเมืองมุกดาหาร จังหวัดมุกดาหาร ที่มีการติดตั้งคิวอาร์โค้ด ซึ่งไม่ทราบจำนวนที่แน่นอน การกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการของคอร์แครน ได้จำนวนตัวอย่าง 400 ตัวอย่าง ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบตามบังเอิญ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ อัตราร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) คุณลักษณะของร้านค้าปลีกส่วนใหญ่ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองมุกดาหารที่เลือกใช้บริการคิวอาร์โค้ดรับเงิน เป็นร้านค้าปลีกเฉพาะอย่าง ประเภทร้านบุคคลธรรมดา สินค้าที่จำหน่ายส่วนใหญ่เป็นสินค้าเบ็ดเตล็ด ยอดขายต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ช่วง 20,000-50,000 บาท (2) คุณลักษณะของร้านค้าปลีกกับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศ การศึกษา อายุ และรายได้ ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการคิวอาร์โค้ด มีความสัมพันธ์กันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 และ (3) คุณลักษณะของร้านค้าปลีกกับปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจใช้บริการคิวอาร์โค้ด
The purpose of this study were to study (1) the characteristics of retail stores at Mukdahan Municipality in deciding to use the QR code services (2) the relationship between the characteristics of retail stores and personal factors that influence the decision to use the QR code service, and (3) the relationship between the characteristics of the retail store and the product factors that influence the decision use QR code service. This study is a quantitative research. The population used were retail stores at Mukdahan Municipality which installed the banking QR code service. Since there was no exact number of retail store, the W.G. Cochran method as applied to get a sample of 400 obtaining by accidental sampling method. A questionnaires was used as a tool to collect data. Statistics used in data analysis were mean, percentage, standard deviation, and testing the chi-square value. The results of the study showed that (1) the characteristics of retail stores at Mukdahan Municipality who decided to use QR code for receiving goods payment mostly were singie owner shops which sell variety types of goods. The monthly sales were between 20,000 - 50,000 Bahts. (2) there was relationship between the characteristics of retail stores and personal factors such as gender, education, age and income influence the decision to use the QR code services with statistical significance level at .05, and (3) the product factor influencing the decision to use OR code services had no relationship with the characteristics of retail stores.
