ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขนักจัดการสุขภาพในเมืองท่องเที่ยวชะอำ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (2) ระดับการบริหารงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และ (3) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานต่อการบริหารงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) นักจัดการสุขภาพ ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองชะอำ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ประชากรคือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านจำนวน 366 คน ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาจำนวน 185 คน จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เก็บข้อมูลในเดือนสิงหาคม 2560 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมี 1) อายุเฉลี่ย 54.83 ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 87.0 การศึกษาอยู่ในระดับประถมศึกษาร้อยละ 54.1 อาชีพรับจ้างร้อยละ 28.1 ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในช่วงน้อยกว่า 10 ปี ร้อยละ 53.0 และมีระดับปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การบริหารงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขนักจัดการสุขภาพหลังจากควบคุมตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลร่วม คือ ปัจจัยจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน (p< 0.001) ปัจจัยจูงใจด้านการได้รับการยอมรับ(p = 0.012) และปัจจัยจูงใจด้านความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งงาน (p =0.048) โดยสามารถอธิบายการบริหารงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขนักจัดการสุขภาพได้ร้อยละ 28.2 ดังนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขควรส่งเสริมปัจจัยทั้ง 3 ด้านดังกล่าว ให้ อสม. นักจัดการสุขภาพ เพื่อนำไปสู่การดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป

This cross-sectional study was conducted: (1) to identify personal and operational motivation factors; (2) to determine the level of health promotion management capacity; and (3) to determine the influence of the aforementioned factors on health promotion management, all of village health volunteers (VHVs) who worked as health managers in the Cha-am Municipality, Cha-am district, Phetchaburi province. The study involved a sample of 185 VHVs selected using the simple random sampling method from all 366 VHVs in the municipality. Data were collected in August2017, using a questionnaire with the reliability value of 0.92 and then analyzed to determine frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and to perform a multiple regression analysis. The results showed that, among the participants had: 1) their average age was 54.8 years; most of them (87%) were female, primary school level (54.1%), worked as employees (28.1%), had working experience as health volunteers of less than 10 years (53.0%), and their average score of operational motivation was at the high level; 2) their average score of health promotion management was at the high level; and 3) adjusted for confounding factors, the factors that affected their health promotion management were operational motivation (p < 0.001), recognition (p = 0.012) and career advancement (p = 0.048). Such factors could 28.2% explain their health promotion management capacity as health managers. Therefore, relevant health officials should support VHVs as health managers in all three aspects, which would lead to the improvement of VHVs' role in caring for people's health.
