การให้บริการผู้ประกันตนของสำนักงานประกันสังคม : ศึกษาเฉพาะกรณีสำนักงานประกันสังคมเขตพื้นที่ 6

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนที่มีต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานประกันสังคมเขตพี้นที่ 6 (2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ประกันตนที่มีต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานประกันสังคมเขตพี้นที่ 6 จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) เสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการให้บริการผู้ประกันตนของสำนักงานประกันสังคมเขตพี้นที่ 6 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใชัในการวิจัยเป็นตัวแทนประชากรที่เป็นผู้ประกันตนที่มารับบริการที่สำนักงานประกันสังคมเขตพี้นที่ 6 จำนวน 414 คนโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใชัในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบ่ง ออกเป็น 3 ส่วน หาค่าความเชึ่อมั่นโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบราคเท่ากับ 0.9667 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้พบว่า (1) ผู้ประกันตนมีความพึงพอใจการให้บริการผู้ประกันตนของสำนักงานประกันสังคมเขต พี้นที่ 6 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและมีความพึงพอใจรายด้านด้านกระบวนการให้บริการ ด้านเจ้าหนัาที่ผู้ให้บริการ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก อยู่ในระดับมาก(2) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า สถานภาพสมรสและระดับการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการให้บริการผู้ประกันตนของสำนักงานประกันสังคม เขตพี้นที่ 6 มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจการให้บริการผู้ประกันตนของสำนักงานประกันสังคม เขตพี้นที่ 6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(p< .05)

The objectives of this study were (1) to study the satisfaction of Insurance Customers on the services provided by Social Security Office Area 6 (2) to compare the satisfaction of the Insurance Customers on the services provided by Social Security Office Area 6, categorized by personal factors (3) to recommend the improvement of the services provided by Social Security Office Area 6. This research was a survey research. 414 samples who were random systematically were representatives of the recipients of services provided by the Social Security Office Area 6. Questionnaire used as instrument was divided into three parts with 0.9667 Croncach’s Alpha Coefficient reliability test. Statistical tools employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation and variation analysis. Data was analyzed by computer program. The research found that (I) the satisfaction of service recipients on the service of Social Security Office Area 6 was at high level, when considered each aspect, the satisfaction was high on service process, service personnel and facilities aspects (2) as for the hypothesis test, it was found that marital status and level of information perception on Social Security Office Area 6 were related to the satisfaction on the service of Social Security office Area 6 with statistical level of significant (P<0.5)
