การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1)ระดับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ สํานักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัด ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการสํานักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัด ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเครียดกับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการสํานักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัด ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการสํานักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและ
ปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัดในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ในระดับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน จํานวน 301 คน คํานวณตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน ได้ 172 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบ แบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับความเครียดในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการสํานักงาน
คณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัด ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการสํานักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัด ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านความพอใจในงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านปริมาณงาน และด้านคุณภาพงาน (3) ระดับความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับต่ำในทิศทางเดียวกันกับระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการ สํานักงานคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติประจําจังหวัด ในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
This study aimed to: (1) study the stress level of work performance of officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission of Northeastern Region; (2) study the level of performance efficiency of officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission Provincial of Northeastern Region; and (3) study relationship between the stress and efficiency of officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission Provincial of Northeastern Region efficiency. The population was 301 officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission of Northeastern Region. The 172 Officials sample was calculated by using Taro Yamane with stratified sampling method. A constructed questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and simple correlation of Pearson. The results showed that: (1) the level of stress level of work performance in officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission of Northeastern Region was overall and in each aspect was at a moderate level; (2) the level of performance efficiency of officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission Provincial of Northeastern Region was overall at a high level. As for each aspect, satisfaction of work was at the highest, followed by quantitative of work, and quality of work respectively; and (3) the stress level and performance efficiency level of officials of Office of the Provincial National Anti-Corruption Commission of Northeastern Region was positively correlated in the same direction at a low level, with a statistical significance at the level of 0.01.
