Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ(1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิต ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของลักษณะประชากรที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิต ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของลักษณะทางการบริหารและประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร (4) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิตในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครประชากร คือ พนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิต ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้การคำนวณ จำนวน 388 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีแบ่งชั้น จัดเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ลักษณะประชากรของพนักงานบริษัทประกันชีวิต ได้แก่ อายุ สถานภาพ สมรส รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดีอน ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกัน จะมีประสิทธิภาพ การทำงานแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ลักษณะทางการบริหาร ได้แก่ ลักษณะงานที่รับผิดชอบ โอกาสและความกัาวหนัาในการทำงาน สภาพแวดลัอมในการทำงาน และ
ความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์การมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานควรพิจารณาลักษณะพนักงาน และลักษณะงานควรส่งเสริมด้านความร่วมมือภายในองค์การ และการทำงานเป็นทีม
The purposes of this study were to (1) study the factors affecting work efficiency of life insurance employees in Bangkok Metropolis ; (2) find relationship between characteristics and work efficiency of employees of life insurance companies in Bangkok Metropolis ; (3) find relationship between administrative characteristics and work efficiency of employees of life insurance companies in Bangkok Metropolis; and (4) propose guideline of how to improve work efficiency of employees of life insurance companies in Bangkok Metropolis. The population was the employees of life insurance companies in Bangkok Metropolis. The sampling consisted of 388 employees using stratified random sampling. The instrument used for collecting data was uestionnaires. Statistical tools employed for analysis were percentage means, standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Efficient. Major research findings indicated that characteristics of employees of life insurance companies including age, martial status, monthly, income work experience and education at different level affected work efficiency were statistically different at the 0.05 level of significance. The administrative characteristics which were responsible task, opportunity and work progress, work environment, and relationship within organizations had related to work efficiency. Improvement of work efficiency of the employee should be considered by employee characteristics, and work characteristic should be promoted as cooperation within organization and team work.
