ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาของครูอำเภอบ้านแท่นสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อการศึกษาของครูอำเภอบ้านแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครูอำเภอบ้านแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 289 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาของครูอำเภอบ้านแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 2 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษาของครูอำเภอบ้านแท่น สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ดังนี้ (1) ความต้องการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านบริหาร ผู้บริหารควรจัดหาเครื่องใช้สำนักงานด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้เพียงพอกับความต้องการของบุคลากรในหน่วยงาน (2) ความต้องการการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ด้านวิชาการควร มีการสืบค้นข้อมูลทางอินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อวางแผน จัดการเรียนการสอนในกลุ่มสาระ การเรียนรู้ต่างๆ และ (3) ความต้องการการใช้เทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศ ด้านบริการควร มีการจัดบริการสื่อโสตทัศนูปกรณ์แก่ครูครบทุกกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้

The purpose of this research was to study the needs for utilization of information technology for education of Ban Thaen district teachers under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research population comprised 289 Ban Thaen district teachers under Chaiyaphum Primary Educaion Service Area Office 2. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for utilization of information technology for education of Ban Thaen district teachers under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 2. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that both the overall and by-aspect needs for utilization of information technology of Ban Thaen district teachers under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 2 were at the high level, which could be further elaborated as follows: (1) on the needs for utilization of information technology in the administration aspect, the administrators should procure office equipment for information technology sufficient for the needs of the school personnel; (2) on the needs for utilization of information technology in the academic affaire aspect, there should be information retrieval via the Internet for instructional planning in various learning areas; and (3) on the needs for utilization of information technology in the service aspect, the audio-visual media services should be provided to teachers in all learning areas.
