Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของการให้บริการแนะแนวแก่นักเรียน โรงเรียนวังน้ำเย็นวิทยาคม จังหวัดสระแก้ว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 โรงเรียนวังน้ำเย็นวิทยาคม จังหวัดสระแก้ว ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 จำนวน 325 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพเป็นจริงและความคาดหวังของการให้บริการแนะแนวแก่นักเรียนโรงเรียนวังน้ำเย็นวิทยาคม มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้านสภาพเป็นจริง เท่ากับ .90 และด้านสภาพความคาดหวัง เท่ากับ .86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีการเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 โรงเรียนวังน้ำเย็นวิทยาคม จังหวัดสระแก้ว มีความต้องการจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับบริการแนะแนวแก่นักเรียนเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) บริการจัดวางตัวบุคคล 2) บริการสนเทศ 3) บริการให้คำปรึกษา 4) บริการติดตามและประเมินผล และ 5) บริการรวบรวมข้อมูลนักเรียนรายบุคคล.
The purpose of this research was to assess the needs for provision of guidance services to students of Wang Nam Yen Wittayakhom School in Sa Kaeo province. The research sample consisted of 325 Mathayom Suksa I – VI students of Wang Nam Yen Wittayakhom School in Sa Kaeo province during the second semester of the 2018 academic year, obtained by stratified sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the actual and expected conditions of the provision of guidance to students of Wang Nam Yen Wittayakhom School, with reliability coefficients of .90 for the part of actual condition and .86 for the part of expected condition. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNI index. The results showed that Mathayom Suksa I – VI students of Wang Nam Yen Wittayakhom School in Sa Kaeo province had the needs for provision of guidance services that could be ranked from top to bottom as follows: (1) placement service, (2) information service, (3) counseling service, (4) follow-up and evaluation service, and (5) individual inventory service.
