ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาลโรงพยาบาลศูนย์และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไปสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขต 6 และ 7

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การบริหาร คุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย (2) ประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาล และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กร ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขต 6 และ 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไปสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขต 6 และ7 จำนวน 385 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเกาะกลุ่มสุ่ม 2 ชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใชัเป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน คือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล การบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย และประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาล แบบสอบถามผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหาและวิเคราะท์หาความเที่ยง ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 ได้เท่ากับ 0.97 และ 0.93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะท์ข้อมูลโดยการหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง และ (3) การบริหารคุณภาพทั่วทั้งองค์กรของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับประสิทธิผลของทีมการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลศูนย์และโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขต 6 และ 7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 (rs = 0.564)

The purposes of this descriptive study were: (1) to study the total quality management of head nurses, (2) to assess the effectiveness of the nursing team, and (3) to explore the relationship between the total quality management of head nurses and the effectiveness of nursing teams at regional hospitals and general hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, Region 6 and 7. The sample comprised 385 staff nurses who worked in regional hospitals and general hospitals under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health, Region 6 and7. They were selected by two-stage cluster sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as research tools and comprised three sections: demographical data, total quality management of head nurses, and effectiveness of nursing team. The questionnaires were tested for validity and reliability. The reliability of the second and the third sections were 0.97 and 0.93 respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows. (1) Nurses rated the total quality management of head nurses at the high level. (2) Nurses also rated the effectiveness of the nursing team at the high level. (3) Total quality management of head nurses correlated positively and moderately significantly with the effectiveness of the nursing team (rs = - 0.564, p < 0.01).
