ผลการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาของนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา โรงเรียนชัยนาทพิทยาคม จังหวัดชัยนาท

Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาของนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษากลุ่มทดลองก่อน และหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษา และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาของนักเรียน เพื่อนที่ปรึกษากลุ่มทดลองหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษากับระยะติดตามผลกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนชัยนาทพิทยาคม จังหวัดชัยนาท ปีการศึกษา 2563 ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1 ) แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาของนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา 3 ด้าน โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงด้านความรู้เท่ากับ .79 ด้านเจตคติเท่ากับ .71 และด้านทักษะเท่ากับ .82 และ 2) ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาของนักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) ภายหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมแนะแนวเพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษา นักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษากลุ่มทดลองมีสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 2) นักเรียนเพื่อนที่ปรึกษากลุ่มทดลองมีสมรรถนะการให้การปรึกษาในระยะติดตามผลสูงกว่าสมรรถนะดังกล่าวหลังการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this research were (1) to compare counseling competency levels of youth counselors in the experimental group before and after using a guidance activities package to develop counseling competency; and (2) to compare counseling competency levels of youth counselors in the experimental group after using a guidance activities package and during the follow-up period. The samples were 30 randomly selected students who were youth counselors at the upper secondary levels at Chai Nat Pittayakom School in Chai Nat province during the 2020 academic year. The employed research instrumentsconsisted of (1) a questionnaire on three aspects of counseling competency of youth counselor students, namely, the knowledge aspect, attitude aspect, and skill aspect, with reliability coefficients of .79, .71, and .82 respectively; and 2) a guidance activities package to develop counseling competency of youth counselor student. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results revealed that (1) after using a guidance activities package to develop counseling competency of youth counselor student, the experimental group youth counselor students’ post-experiment counseling competency mean score increased significantly over their pre-experiment counterpart mean score at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (2) the experimental group youth counselor students’ counseling competency mean score during the follow-up period was significantly higher than their post-experiment counterpart mean score at the .05 level of statistical significance.
