การพัฒนาเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อค้นหาตำแหน่งที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ของการประปานครหลวง

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) นำข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ของการประปานครหลวงมาแสดงผลในระบบภูมิสารสนเทศออนไลน์ (2) จัดทำระบบค้นหาที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ภายในของการประปานครหลวงและ (3) ช่วยในการนำทางไปยังตำแหน่งอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องการของพนักงานภาคสนาม การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศทางภูมิศาสตร์ ร่วมกับการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ในการแสดงผลข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบของการประปานครหลวง โดยมีแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบ 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) วิเคราะห์และกำหนดความต้องการ 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนา 3) สร้างและทดสอบ และ 4) ดูแลรักษาและปรับปรุง ในการพัฒนาโปรแกรม ได้ใช้ ionic framework ร่วมกับ OpenStreetMap (OSM) เป็นชั้นข้อมูลพื้นฐาน และมีการแสดงชั้นข้อมูลต่างๆ คือ ชั้นข้อมูลพื้นที่สาขา ชั้นข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้แก่ ตู้ RTU จุดวัดคุณภาพน้ำออนไลน์ จุดเก็บตัวอย่างคุณภาพน้ำ หัวดับเพลิง สถานีสูบส่ง-สูบจ่าย และการค้นหาข้อมูลตำแหน่งที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมถึงการนำทางไปยังตำแหน่งอุปกรณ์ที่ต้องการ เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนาม ผลการวิจัย พบว่าเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่นเพื่อค้นหาตำแหน่งที่ตั้งอุปกรณ์ของการประปานครหลวงที่พัฒนาขึ้น สามารถเรียกใช้งานได้ทั้งคอมพิวเตอร์ตั้งโต๊ะ คอมพิวเตอร์แบบพกพา แท็บแล็ต และโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่แบบสมาร์ตโฟน ซึ่งมีขนาดหน้าจอที่แตกต่างกัน ซึ่งช่วยอำนวยความสะดวก ในการปฏิบัติงานภาคสนามและสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง อีกทั้งช่วยแก้ปัญหาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานได้เป็นอย่างดี ตามผลลัพธ์ของการประเมินความพึงพอใจที่ผู้ใช้งานมีระดับความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (X ̅=4.23)

The purposes of this independent study were as follows 1) to gather information on the location of Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) equipment for display in the Online Geo-Informatics System (GIS), 2) to create a system for finding the location of MWA equipment, and 3) to provide navigation for MWA staffs in the field work. This independent study has adapted the GIS and the MWA website to display the location of resources used by MWA through four-step approaches: 1) analyzing and specifying the requirement area, 2) designing and developing a solution, 3) building and testing the solution, and 4) maintaining and adjusting the finished solution. For the program development, the Ionic framework and OpenStreetMap (OSM) used for creating the base map and displaying information of MWA branch locations and equipment, such as remote terminal units (RTUs), online water quality meters, water quality sampling points, fire hydrants, and Water Transmission /Distribution station. OSM also provided MWA equipment navigation for the convenience of MWA staff in the field work. This research found that the web application development for location searching of MWA equipment was able to be utilized on desktop computers, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones with different screen sizes, This was convenient for work in the field and was actually useful in the practice.
