Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคมของเกษตรกร 2) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านหนองโสนต่อแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร 3) ศึกษาศักยภาพการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านหนองโสน 4) ศึกษารูปแบบที่เหมาะสมในการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรบ้านหนองโสน 5)วิเคราะห์แนวทางการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่เหมาะสม ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) คนในชุมชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้หญิง อายุระหว่าง 40-49 ปี อายุเฉลี่ย 59 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อาชีพเกษตรกรรม จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือนเฉลี่ย 4.2 คน ทำนาเป็นกิจกรรมหลักคาดหวังให้มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นจากการที่จะเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยว 2) คนในชุมชนเห็นว่าจะมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรระดับปานกลาง ในประเด็น ความรู้สึกเป็นเจ้าของ ความพร้อม การรับประโยชน์ การกำหนดทิศทาง ริเริ่มพัฒนาและการประเมินผล 3) คนในชุมชนยังเห็นว่าชุมชนมีศักยภาพการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวระดับน้อย ด้านการบริหารจัดการการรองรับของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว การให้บริการ และความดึงดูดใจ 4) รูปแบบการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวควรเน้นการท่องเที่ยวด้านทรัพยากรท่องเที่ยว การตลาด และการบริการท่องเที่ยว ส่วนเกษตรกรเจ้าของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร มีความคิดเห็นว่ามีความพร้อมของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในระดับมาก คือ ทรัพยากรท่องเที่ยว และให้นักท่องเที่ยวเข้าใจในประวัติความเป็นมาของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ชุมชนมีความหวงแหนในทรัพยากร และมีกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่มีความเข้มแข็ง มีศักยภาพการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวระดับมากที่สุดในด้านการบริหารจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาระบบสาธารณูปโภค มีปัญหาในการจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวระดับมากในด้านการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร 5) มีความต้องการการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวระดับมาก จากสื่อบุคคล คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐ สื่อสิงพิมพ์ คือ คู่มือ สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ คือ วิดีโอ และอินเตอร์เน็ตความต้องต้องการวิธีการส่งเสริม คือ ฝึกปฏิบัติ และทัศนศึกษา ดังนั้นแนวทางการส่งเสริมแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่เหมาะสมสำหรับบ้านหนองโสน คือการส่งเสริมร่วมกับชุมชน โดยอาศัยความร่วมมือกับผู้นำชุมชน คนในชุมชนเกษตรกร และบูรณาการร่วมกับหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ โดยใช้เครื่องมือในการดำเนินงาน คือ คู่มือ อินเตอร์เน็ต วีดีโอ และโทรทัศน์ และใช้วิธีการส่งเสริม คือ ฝึกปฏิบัติ และทัศนศึกษา
The objectives of this research were to 1) study economic and social data of farmers 2) study the participation of Ban Nong Sanoh community on agro-tourism 3) study potential in agro-tourism management of Ban Nong Sanoh 4) study appropriate form in agro-tourism management of Ban Nong Sanoh 5) analyze extension guideline on appropriate agro-tourism. The population of this study consisted of 2 groups: 1) 230 people in Ban Nong Sanoh community with the age of 18 and upwards. The sample size of 144 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula and simple random sampling method; 2) 26 farmers who were the owner of agro-tourism business. The sample size was done from the entire population. Data were analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation, ranking, and content analysis. The results of the research found out that 1) most of the people in the community were female, age between 40-49 years, with the average age of 59 years old. They completed junior high school education, were farmers, had the average members in the household of 4.2 people, performed rice production as the main activity, expected the increase of the income from the agro-tourism. 2) The people in the community thought that they would participate in agro-tourism management at the moderate level in the aspect of the feeling of ownership, the readiness, the benefit obtainment, the direction determination, the initiation, and the evaluation. 3) The people in the community also thought that the community had potential in agro-tourism management at the low level regarding the management, the capacity of the agro-tourism, the service, and the attraction. 4) The form of agro-tourism management should focus on the tourism regarding tourism resources, marketing, and tourism service. Regarding the farmers who were owners of agro-tourism believed that they were ready for agro-tourism at the high level in tourism resources. Tourists understood the history of the tourist attractions, the community was protective of its resource, and the farmer group was strong with potential in agro-tourism management at the highest level in agro-tourism management about the utility system maintenance. They faced with the problem in agro-tourism at the high level in the development of agricultural products. 5) They wanted to receive the tourism extension at the high level from personal media which was governmental agencies, publication media which was manuals, and electronic media which were videos and internet. The methods of the extension that they wanted were practice and field trips. Hence, the extension guideline for appropriate agro-tourism for Ban Nong Sanoh was the extension with the community by depending on the cooperation with the community leaders, people in the community, farmers and integrating with local authorities by using tools in the operation which were manuals, internet, videos, and televisions and the extension method which were practice and field trips.
