ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลางบริษัทสยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน)

Abstract

การค้นคว้าอิสระ เรื่องภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลาง บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลาง ตามการรับรู้ของพนักงาน บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) และ (2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลาง ตามการรับรู้ของพนักงานบริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของพนักงาน ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ พนักงาน บริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) จำนวน 443 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการคำนวณได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 212 คน ซึ่งสุ่ม ตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามหน่วยงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการทดสอบผลต่างนัยสำคัญน้อยที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลางตามการรับรู้ของพนักงานบริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยพฤติกรรมมุ่งคนอันดับแรกคือการให้เกียรติผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาตามความเหมาะสม ส่วนพฤติกรรมมุ่งงานคือการมุ่งความสำเร็จของงานตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด และ (2) พนักงานบริษัท สยามแม็คโคร จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่มีตำแหน่งงานแตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำด้านพฤติกรรมมุ่งงานของผู้บริหารระดับกลางแตกต่างกัน โดยพนักงานที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการมีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลางสูงกว่าพนักงานที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการและพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนพนักงานที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา หน่วยงานที่สังกัด และประสบการณ์การทำงานแตกต่างกันมีการรับรู้ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับกลางไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purpose of this independent study entitled “Leadership of Middle Managers in Siam Makro Public Company Limited” were (1) to study the level of leadership of middle Managers as perceived by employees of Siam Makro public company limited (2) to compare the leadership of middle managers as perceived by employees with employee personal factors. The population consisted of 443 employees of Siam Makro public company Limited and the sample group consisted of 212 employees from stratified random sampling. The study tools was questionnaire and the statistical tools were percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and least significant difference test. The study found that: (1) leadership of middle managers as perceived by employees of Siam Makro public company limited, overall and each side were at the high level. The first in Consideration was to respect their subordinates as appropriate and the first in Initiating structure was aimed to accomplish the base target (2) the managers of Siam Makro public company limited perceived leadership of middle managers in Initiating structure more than assistant managers and operational staffs at 0.05 of significant level. Employees with different characteristics including gender, age, education level, agency and experience had not differentiated their perceiving towards leadership of middle managers.
