สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ครูวิทยาศาสตร์ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 จำนวน 378 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า สมรรถนะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของครู วิทยาศาสตร์ โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 27 โดย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ สมรรถนะด้านเจตคติ คือ ครูเห็นประโยชน์ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารในการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ สมรรถนะด้านความรู้ คือความรู้ในการใช้อุปกรณ์บันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆ และความรู้ในการเลือกสรรเทคโนโลยีเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างเหมาะสม ส่วนสมรรถนะด้านทักษะ คือมีทักษะเกี่ยวกับการใช้อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงกับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์และทักษะ ในการเลือกสรรเทคโนโลยีเพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนอย่างเหมาะสม

The purpose of this research was to study the information and communication technology competencies of science teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area office 27. The research population comprised 378 science teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 27. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the information and communication technology competencies of science teacher. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings showed that the overall rating mean for the information and communication technology competencies of science teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area office 27 was at the moderate level. When specific competencies of the teachers were considered, it was found that one competency, the attitude competency, received the rating mean at the high level. The item that received top rating mean in the attitude competency was that on the teachers realizing the benefits of using the information and communication technology to support their lifelong learning. Two competencies, namely, the knowledge competency, and the skills competency received the rating mean at the moderate level. the knowledge competency, two items receiving the top rating mean were that on having knowledge concerning the use of equipment in recording data, and that on having knowledge concerning the selection of appropriate technology for instructional management. เท the skills competency, two items receiving the top rating mean were that on having the skill for connecting the computer with its accessories, and that on having the skill for selection of appropriate technology for instructional management.
